The coup against Biden was bad enough, now these asshats allowed his wife
Which brings back that rather serious question of "Who the hell is running the Oval Office?"
This is one of those "You know damn well if Trump had felt bad and let his wife take over a meeting, the left would be mass-crapping themselves in outrage, and they'd be right to. "But it's DIFFERENT when WE do it!"
And one more piece of crap from the Lords of Covid: "Make sure those peasants stay locked in,
New York City’s former COVID czar was caught on a hidden camera boasting about having drug-fueled sex parties mid-pandemic — and admitting New Yorkers would have been “pissed” if they had found out at the time.
Dr. Jay Varma — who served as senior health adviser to then-Mayor Bill de Blasio and was tasked with running the Big Apple’s pandemic response — made the confession in secretly recorded conversations with a so-called undercover operative from conservative podcaster Steven Crowder’s “Mug Club.”
“I had to be kind of sneaky about it … because I was running the entire COVID response in the city,” Varma was filmed telling the unidentified woman on Aug. 1 in what appears to be a restaurant.
His defense? "I was taken out of context!", etc. And this gem:
“The only way I could do this job for the city was if I had some way to blow off steam every now and then,” he said, according to the video.
I'm sure it's a great comfort to all the people whose lives you trashed that you were able to blow off steam.
Our 'Elites' are trash.
Under the heading of 'Holy Crap!', we have this ship
A Ship with a Dangerous Cargo
Ammonium nitrate, the Ruby's cargo, is widely used in agriculture as a fertilizer and in industry as an ingredient for explosives. Under stable conditions, the chemical is relatively safe. However, when subjected to extreme heat, shock, or contamination, it becomes highly volatile. The scale of the risk cannot be understated: 20,000 tons is more than seven times the quantity of ammonium nitrate that detonated in the tragic Beirut explosion of 2020, an event that left large portions of the Lebanese capital in ruins. Experts have noted that a similar explosion from the Ruby could cause devastation comparable to the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, capable of flattening vast areas and causing widespread loss of life.
Long story at the link.
Over here is an article on it, which includes this video of what 2750 tons of AN did in Beirut.

I wouldn't have called Harris a monster; lying, dishonest, uncaring hack politician,
She says "I and my Veep candidate own guns, so obviously we won't confiscate yours!"
Well, bullshit.
She gives a variation on what I call the Fatal Words, which is when a politician says "I'm a gun owner myself, BUT.." Which means yes, they want to make it as difficult and expensive as possible for people- at least the commoners- to buy and own them. And she's talking a lot now about "I'm not for
And we can't forget this wonderful statement which moves to how much she cares about the 4th Amendment:
...Just because you legally possess a gun in the sanctity of YOUR LOCKED HOME doesn't mean we're not going to walk in and check that you're being responsible and safe in the way you conduct your affairs...
Let's move on to her truancy program, which included
Like her truancy program, for instance, where she had state prosecutors go after parents of kids who missed more than ten percent of their school time. That sounds like a tough plan. Until you hear that they spent two years prosecuting a woman whose child was in the hospital for sickle-cell anemia who had voluminous documentation proving it, but they kept at her. Harris and her team needed the statistic for a win.
And now this is from the NYeffingTimes, not exactly a right-wing mouthpiece:
...Time after time, when progressives urged her to embrace criminal justice reforms as a district attorney and then the state’s attorney general, Ms. Harris opposed them or stayed silent. Most troubling, Ms. Harris fought tooth and nail to uphold wrongful convictions that had been secured through official misconduct that included evidence tampering, false testimony and the suppression of crucial information by prosecutors.
Consider her record as San Francisco’s district attorney from 2004 to 2011. Ms. Harris was criticized in 2010 for withholding information about a police laboratory technician who had been accused of “intentionally sabotaging” her work and stealing drugs from the lab. After a memo surfaced showing that Ms. Harris’s deputies knew about the technician’s wrongdoing and recent conviction, but failed to alert defense lawyers, ...a judge condemned Ms. Harris’s indifference to the systemic violation of the defendants’ constitutional rights.
I can't post a readable link to the whole piece, because paywall, if I see a way around that I'll add it here.
Professional Journalist gets ass removed and handed to her,
CNN: “if you can afford a boat, you’re not hurting so bad, right? Because a boat costs a lot of money and it’s a lot of upkeep.”
Trump Supporter: “Listen, nobody gave me shit!”
“I earned everything that I’ve got. I’m retired military, retired power plant, and I am successful and retired with boats, jet skis because I get it right, and everybody has that chance. Whether they choose or not, that’s up to them.”
And there's more. I'd suggest watching the whole thing.
And this line covers lots of idiots on the left:
“I think it’s interesting that people who are a little bit more comfortable are still so concerned about the economy,”
Because, you idiot, they generally had to work hard to get 'more comfortable', and they don't want to lose it because of idiot politicians and their policies.
One more bunch of bureaucrats that need firing,
“The Federal government has funded, developed, and promoted entities that aim to demonetize news and information outlets because of their lawful speech,” the House Committee on Small Business found, adding that GEC “circumvented its strict international mandate” by funding private contractors with “domestic censorship capabilities.”
Not only did the Committee find evidence the State Department strategized to discredit reporting both by me and by Gabe Kaminsky of the Examiner (see reader note, coming), it also showed the State Department blazing new trails in the annals of “the dog ate my homework” chutzpah in response to Congressional oversight requests. “Despite the fact the Committee subpoenaed documents which it had been requesting for more than 14 months,” the Committee wrote, “State said it would take approximately 21 months from the date of the subpoena to produce these documents in full — around March 2026.”
Worse, when the Committee asked GEC for basic contractor information:
Categories were provided for several recipients rather than specific organizations or individuals, such as $240,136 for “Radio Programmes” [sic] and $42,600 for “On-Air Discussion…” In six instances, subawardees were just the first names of individuals… in one instance the field denoted “Report mentions subpartners; unable to find details…”
Etc.
And since there is a statute about 'contempt of Congress'*, Blinken needs time in a cell.
...As reported here at Racket and in the Examiner, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken responded with a remarkable letter. Complaining about Examiner reporting, Blinken declared that without a “better understanding” of how the Committee planned to “utilize this sensitive information,” he would only release information in an “in camera setting.” Even in camera, however, the State Department claimed lost records while submitting answers of the “We spent money on discussions and stuff” variety.
*I know, chances of it actually being used on one of these bastards: just about zero; that's to be used on us peasants, y'know.

The question must be asked about Harris: is there any part of the Constitution
We have her recorded hostility to the 1st Amendment, and the 2nd, now we have the 4th:
“Just because you legally possess a gun in the sanctity of your locked home doesn't mean that we're not going to walk into that home and check to see if you're being responsible.”
Video and audio here.
This also tells us, if there was any doubt, that her word is not worth crap. Another reason to not want her in the Oval Office.

Oh yeah, nothing to worry about here, noooo...
If you're thinking what I'm thinking, in the aftermath of the July assassination attempt against Donald Trump, the Secret Service — "one of the elite law enforcement agencies in the world" — presently has a self-inflicted, less-than-stellar image.
So, what's the deal? Why this, now?
I'm sure people have a lot of ideas about that. Mayorkas has lied under oath to Congress so many times they may have lost count(with nothing ever done about it), the USSS has demonstrated a less-than-stellar quality of work and a head who's lied a few times under oath himself, their performance with the two assassination attempts, and now this?
And we sure-hell can't trust the Feebs. Once more, ain't this a wonderful damned mess?
Oh, and speaking of the USSS,
But as the Post noted, Routh only got that close because of a security gap that the “Secret Service has known about for years.”
“News photographers — including those hired by The Post — have had no problem repeatedly securing spots around the perimeter of the course to snap pictures of Trump playing golf or driving around in a golf cart,” the Post reported. “They have even taken images — which require a clear line of sight to the 45th president — unnoticed through the bushes with telephoto lenses.
“Some have gotten as close as 75 yards — without so much as a sideways glance from the Secret Service.”
Monday, September 16, 2024
Two more jewels from the Feebs and USSS
Second, on the USSS,
On July 13, law enforcement personnel abandoned the rooftop of American Glass Research Building 6—the roof from which Thomas Crooks attempted to assassinate the former president—because of hot weather.
...
• The Secret Service’s Office of Protective Operations-Manpower told agents in charge of security for the Butler rally not to request additional security resources because they would be denied. ...
Oh, there's a lot more.
And now, on the 'investigation'*
U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., ranking member of the Senate’s Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations told The Federalist in an interview Sunday evening that he is particularly frustrated by the Secret Service’s and FBI’s failure to grant the committee overseeing these agencies access to key sources.
“FBI Deputy Director [Paul] Abbate said they’ve done over 1,000 interviews. We’ve done 12,” Johnson said. “The Secret Service hasn’t let us to talk to them. The FBI hasn’t given us one 302 [interview report]. When we get documents, they’re often the day before, and heavily redacted.”
I think I said before, a lot of people need to be fired. And the list is getting longer.
*Isn't 'investigation' a funny word for "Hide everything we can from the Committee"?
A good whack at the EUnuchs, who seem to have the same philosophy: "Cause us bad publicity
According to Deadline, Breton has been "at odds with von der Leyen [since] August when he sent a letter to Musk, urging him to ensure that X adhered to EU regulations and moderated content."
In response, Musk told Breton to back-off with an expletive-laden meme on X, taken from the satirical action thriller Tropic Thunder.Translation: Breton embarrassed Brussels and had to be sidelined.
The European Commission would not comment on the insult, but a spokesperson stated that “the timing and wording” of Breton’s letter to Musk had not been coordinated with von der Leyen or other commissioners, in a response that was seen as a rebuke to the commissioner.
And they can one and all go to hell.
"It's to save Nature!"
Hundreds of Joshua trees appeared to have been destroyed in the last week, but on some portions of the site the trees still stand, residents said. Neither the company nor government agencies would say how many trees have been cut down. Avantus, the developer, said fewer trees will be destroyed than the government approved.
Heavy equipment has not yet started leveling the land where the trees were felled to prepare for the solar panel installation.
Residents fear the earth-moving work will increase the threat of valley fever — a fungal respiratory infection that is transmitted in dust. A local group found the fungus that causes valley fever in samples of topsoil from the five parcels surrounding the towns where the solar panels will be built.
And, if you ignore the trees, how many critters are being killed, burrows- and the land for- trashed, and so on?
But GREEN!

Well, someone tried to whack Trump again
I will note that when Biden*/Harris put out the obligatory "We're glad he's safe" message, there were a number of "Really? You've spent years calling him Hitler and anyone who either supports him or just doesn't support you a nazi, and you're glad he's alive?" responses.
On other Trump and "Professional Journalist" news,
I will, however, note this found at Insty:
BREAKING: ABC News Whistleblower Affidavit alleging that Kamala Harris was given an unfair advantage in her debate with Donald Trump has been released
We'll see what comes next.
Also, remember Zuckerbitch apologizing for censoring people and news? I took a look over there, and not one damn thing other than oblique mentions could I find of the murder attempt. So Z-bitch obviously wasn't that bothered about doing it, since he still is.

Definitely a free speech victory, and a lot of people need 'qualified immunity'
His apparent good standing at the school changed dramatically when he participated in a discussion of the treatment of childhood gender dysphoria at an event in October 2017 sponsored by a conservative think tank, the Heritage Foundation. He expressed his reservations with some treatments and his public comments were reported back to his colleagues.
Dr. Josephson argued that children are not mature enough to make such major, permanent decisions and that 80-95 percent of children claiming gender dysphoria eventually accept their biological sex over time without such treatment.
Those views are widely shared by others and have been cited as the basis for states adopting bans on conversion treatments for young children.
His commentary triggered a backlash at the school, which led to a decision not to renew his contract. When sued, the school invoked the Eleventh Amendment and claimed qualified immunity. The district court correctly rejected that claim and the Sixth Circuit just affirmed that denial.
It's bad enough when a cop commits some awful act and gets away with it because qualified immunity; now we've had city officials and school clowns claiming that gets them off the hook for whatever they do because- in this case- "We're a public university, so we're public officials!", which is bullshit. So is "But that speech is not protected!"
Well, this is fun
The Wuhan institute, where WIV14 was sequenced, is at the center of allegations that the COVID-19 pandemic was the result of a lab leak. But there is no evidence that WIV14 originated at WIV, Lauring says. “Unfortunately … people will speak of this as a ‘lab leak’ and jump to conclusions,” he says. “All they did here was isolate a virus and sequence it and upload it.” Any lab leak would have occurred before that, and probably elsewhere. WIV did not respond to a request for comment.
Problem being that 'All they did here' actually means "All we KNOW that they did here", and that opens a big rathole. Because anybody who trusts a PRC facility to not be doing something else, let alone trusts them to tell the truth, is a fool.
So, a legitimate screw-up(and they do happen, see 'CDC' for one) or something else?

Man, she and the Veep Wannabe really like the thought of censoring
And talking about Musk 'losing his privilege' to speak?
Both these bastards took the oath of office with the intention of violating it, it appears. And should not be allowed near the Oval Office.
Or any other.
How did that mess in Aurora get started? With government help, of course,
An obvious question: How did members of Venezuelan gangs suddenly find themselves in suburban Colorado? To answer this, we have conducted an exclusive investigation, which leads to a troubling conclusion: the Biden administration, in partnership with Denver authorities and publicly subsidized NGOs, provided the funding and logistics to place a large number of Venezuelan migrants in Aurora, creating a magnet for crime and gangs. And, worse, some of the nonprofits involved appear to be profiting handsomely from the situation.
The story begins in 2021, when the Biden administration signed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) into law, allocating $3.8 billion in federal funds to Colorado. The City of Denver, which had declared itself a “welcoming city” to migrants, drew on this reservoir of money to launch its Emergency Migrant Response resettlement program, with the goal of housing and providing services to a massive flow of migrants.
So, with Biden and the Governor involved, no wonder said Governor lied about it.

Bureaucrat for "We hate it when we have to answer to you people in Congress
“We have a great dialogue with them. We prefer to have our dialogue directly with them,” Murray said when asked at the conference about the SpaceX public statement about the launch licensing delays.
Note: when a statement uses 'dialogue' that much...
On the mess in Britain, some words that cover it nicely
Still, the Britain they see in their old age is hardly “the land fit for heroes” that they envisaged – if that land existed in their imaginations, it was probably a place where the pre-war values co-existed with decent wages and housing. It was a reasonable, perfectly possible dream, and for a time it existed, more or less. And then it changed, in the name of progress and improvement and enlightenment, which meant the destruction of much that they had fought for and held dear, and the betrayal of familiar things that they had loved. Some of them, to superficial minds, will seem terribly trivial, even ludicrously so – things like county names, and shillings and pence, and the King James Version, and yards and feet and inches – yet they matter to a nation.
They did not fight for a Britain which would be dishonestly railroaded into Europe against the people’s will; they did not fight for a Britain where successive governments, by their weakness and folly, would encourage crime and violence on an unprecedented scale; they did not fight for a Britain where thugs and psychopaths could murder and maim and torture and never have a finger laid on them for it; they did not fight for a Britain whose leaders would be too cowardly to declare war on terrorism; they did not fight for a Britain whose Parliament would, time and again, betray its trust by legislating against the wishes of the country; they did not fight for a Britain where children could be snatched from their homes and parents by night on nothing more than the good old Inquisition principle of secret information; they did not fight for a Britain whose Churches and schools would be undermined by fashionable reformers; they did not fight for a Britain where free choice could be anathematised as “discriminisation”; they did not fight for a Britain where to hold by truths and values which have been thought good and worthy for a thousand years would be to run the risk of being called “fascist” – that, really, is the greatest and most pitiful irony of all."
Now, part of the current bullshit:
A farmer has been ordered to pay out £3,500 in costs after a neighbour secretly filmed him riding a tractor with his grandchild in the cab. Video footage taken by a neighbour captured the moment Howard Walters, 78, allowed one of his grandchildren to illegally ride in his tractor.
He was spotted with the pre-teen child in the tractor cab in January 2021 as he fed cattle on his farm in South Wales.
Mr Walters had already been issued with a prohibition notice by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) after admitting to inspectors he allowed his grandchildren to ride in his tractor.
However, just two months later, he was filmed by his neighbour breaching the terms of that notice.
A HSE inspector who investigated Mr Walters said the law was 'very clear', as children under 13 are specifically prohibited from driving or riding on or in any agricultural machine, including the tractor cab.
Jeez.
And let's not talk about this nasty little Stasi-informer neighbor, good little bastard he is.
(formerly Great)Britain is so screwed...
Borrowing from friend on the subject of Haitians in Springfield,
I really wish they hadn't done that.
Historically-speaking, this sort of full-throated indignant denial will be followed up in a few weeks by, "It was only a couple of pets."
Two weeks later: "It might have been more than a couple."
And ending up with, "It's their culture, you racist!" at about the three to four month mark.
Which sounds about right. In the meantime, right now,
Haitian migrant wanders around the streets of Springfield, Ohio carrying a dead goose after killing it at a local park. pic.twitter.com/9JUy7qTSsp — Oli London (@OliLondonTV) September 9, 2024
If a picture isn't proof enough, there's audio of a police call from Aug. 26 about four people walking through a park with dead geese in their hands.
“I’m sitting here, I’m riding on the trail, I’m going to my orientation for my job today, and I see a group of Haitian people, there was about four of ’em, they all had geese in their hand,” the caller tells the public services dispatcher in the audio recording.
Right in the Legacy Media line: "Well, those aren't pets!" Etc.

If you like science fiction and fantasy, may I suggest
On the fantasy side, I will suggest 'Old Nathan' by David Drake. It's a good one. And on the same page is another of his, 'Redliners', which is excellent too.
Go take a look.
Also, in case you haven't heard of it, Project Gutenberg; lots of old books that are out of copyright that they've converted to electronic format.
The question is how many others are already running around here,
Panamanian authorities have reported that members of Hezbollah, one of the most influential paramilitary groups in the Middle East, have been detected crossing the Darién jungle. Authorities also noted that these individuals are linked to groups involved in migrant smuggling.
Costa Rica’s Minister of Security, Mario Zamora, explained that the recent rise in migration has heightened alerts for individuals connected to terrorism. However, no direct cases involving Hezbollah have been reported in Costa Rica so far.
Other cases of individuals with links to terrorism, however, have been recorded. “Costa Rica has detained three individuals with international terrorism alerts: two Somalis linked to a little-known group and an Egyptian connected to Al Qaeda. Currently, we have a person from Kazakhstan, linked to ISIS, in custody. This migratory flow has brought individuals with a history of terrorism,” Zamora stated.
Then we come to another question: do Biden/Harris and most of the Evil Party give a damn?
I cannot disagree

Can you say 'Corruption', boys and girls?
Today I filed a new judicial ethics complaint with the New York State Commission because new evidence on Kamala Harris’ most recent FEC filing shows she hired and paid Acting Justice Juan Merchan’s adult daughter’s company. This is a clear violation of the New York State Judicial Code of Conduct which dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case. Read my full complaint below:
Bold mine. Here's the link, which has the full complaint.

Speaking of people telling the truth,
Crowder posted thirteen minutes of Biase talking with his date on social media Thursday. Bragg, according to Biase, was “just stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case.” Biase also says, at various points in the video, what he thinks of the case against Trump: “Honestly, I think the case is nonsense.” “It’s a perversion of justice.” “It’s a travesty of justice.” “It’s a mockery of justice.” As if that weren’t enough, he adds that “the whole thing is disgusting,” and observes, “That’s why he [Trump] is surging in the polls.”
...
Biase even went so far as to criticize another politically motivated Trump persecutor, Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan, for the likelihood that he will imprison Trump in a couple of weeks over his own flimsy case. “This guy is probably going to try to lock him up,” Biase said. “And there is going to be, it’s going to be ugly… They are so obsessed with getting him.”
When his date asked him who was so obsessed with getting Trump, he answered, “The Democrats … It affects his candidacy if he’s a convicted felon.” Biase didn’t think this would work: “Those felonies did nothing to stop Trump from running … In fact, they made him more relevant.”
Seems Biden got off the 'prompter and told a truth
Holy sh*t.
Biden said the Inflation Reduction Act was actually about funding Climate Change efforts and said the Act should have actually been named something different.
He's being honest, back then he knew if he called it what is was, it would not have passed.
He and every one of the bastards who did this... he's already gone, but all the rest should go too.

Hit the range just to do some shooting,
Guy had a .22 rifle with a suppressor, and was shooting at a 100 yard target using high-velocity ammo. There are berms at 25, 50, and 75 yards, so he was shooting over them. The can did a nice job of quieting the shot, so you could hear the 'crack-crack-crack' of the shock wave from the bullet being reflected off the berm. First time I'd been able to hear that.
So I don't lose track of these,
"You peasants don't need to know anything about these illegal aliens unless we decide to let you know", say the enemies of our civilization.
Our Professional Journalists have been contemptable assholes for a long time.
Carry whenever and wherever you legally can, because we don't know when or where. Also,
Kurilla has been sounding similar alarms from CENTCOM. The forces under his command conducted 475 ground operations and 45 airstrikes against ISIS targets in Iraq and Syria last year—killing or capturing almost 1,000 of the group’s fighters. In a March statement, Kurilla affirmed that both ISIS and al Qaeda “remain committed to inflicting violence.” Although U.S. forces have kept ISIS from controlling large portions of Iraq and Syria, by Kurilla’s count, the group still has at least 5,000 fighters. Over the span of just two weeks in early 2024, ISIS conducted 275 attacks—its highest rate in years. Al Qaeda, meanwhile, continues to operate from Afghanistan and Yemen.
Remember when ISIS was small, and traveling in convoys in the open? When they could've been wiped out fairly easily? But Obama said "They're just the JV team" and let them get big?
I can't read it all, short version is "The Elites don't like people thinking for themselves. And wish they could make us stop."
This you can read all of. 'Misinformation/disinformation' my ass.

A little general round-up
NYeffingCity is getting what it voted for, good and hard.
Across New York, recently arrived migrants are flooding the criminal justice system — at far higher rates than public officials have acknowledged.
Police sources shared with The Post a staggering estimate that as many as 75% of the people they’ve been arresting in Midtown Manhattan in recent months for crimes like assault, robbery and domestic violence are migrants. In parts of Queens, the figure is more than 60%, sources there estimate.
On any given day, Big Apple criminal court dockets are packed with asylum seekers who have run afoul of the law.
Ah, the EffingBI, "We're all honest, dedicated professionals here, but we worry about the Do'J'."
Sure, you are.
That's about all I can take for now.

Illegal alien, no drivers license, kills one man
Is the DA being paid by Soros or somebody, or did he think this would get the Correct People to keep him in office?
In another situation, the Gov. of Colorado says the problems he and other idiots are helping along with their Sanctuary City/State crap aren't real.
Because acknowledging the problem would be bad for their public relations and their desire to let in lots of illegals to vote D.

More from (formerly Great)Britain, this on their health services
Coming soon to a hospital near you if the socialists have their way of things.
In the name of ‘anti-racism’, the UK’s Royal College of Nursing (RCN) has quietly abandoned its commitment to provide universal healthcare and is encouraging its members to violate a core principle of medical ethics.
On 6 August, the RCN issued new guidelines granting medical professionals permission to refuse to treat patients whom they perceive to be racist. The new guidelines are a response to the violent riots that engulfed parts of England and Northern Ireland earlier this month. These erupted after the Southport knife attack in late July, in which three young girls were killed at a dance workshop. The guidelines specifically legitimise denying a patient care if that patient exhibits ‘discriminatory behaviour, including racism’.
Hm. 'perceive' and 'discriminatory', there's a couple of holes you could sail a battleship through to find a reason to deny someone treatment.
Assuming some of these idiots haven't already been withholding treatment from 'bad' people and done it, people are going to die because of this. And it being(fG)Britain, their family won't be able to do a damn thing about it, because it fits the aims of the Two-Tier Prime Minister quite well.

Today was a range day, a shorter one than I'd planned on
And I'm still sitting here soaking up liquid and not wanting to do anything. The mowing will have to wait until tomorrow.
Kim has an opinion on that mass stabbing in Germany,
“We must do everything to ensure that such things never happen in our country, if possible,” Scholz said of the attack. He predicted a toughening knife laws in particular “and this should and will happen very quickly.”
and
Green Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck also called for a tightening of knife laws, saying there must be “more weapon ban zones and stricter weapon laws.”
“No one has to carry stabbing or cutting weapons in public spaces in Germany,” said the Green politician. “We no longer live in the Middle Ages.”
And, just like the useless bullshit in Britain, this will mean "I don't care if you use it in your work", or "I don't care if the blade is only 3 centimeters long and you use it for opening packages, you are carrying a knife and you're under arrest!" And we've seen how well that's worked.
I'll give you part of his response to that 'We no longer live in' idiocy:
You stupid shit. You may not be living in the Middle Ages, but these fucking Islamic assholes certainly are.
Thanks to previous German immigration policies (Mutti Merkel, danke ), you’ve imported the Middle Ages into the 21st century.
And they don't have to balls or brains to speak of the actual problem, so they'll play "Let's get rid of these objects and the problem will go away!" Nope, because the problem isn't knives, the problem is you don't have the guts to admit that letting a bunch of savages who want all Jews dead and everyone else either converted or enslaved/dead was a bad idea. Assuming you have the working brain cells to actually recognize that that "Let's be welcoming and let EVERYONE in!" insanity IS the problem.
so 'Muslim Student Association' means
A campus that actually had leadership with integrity and some balls would make short work of this, but there's a decided shortage of both on most of them.
And that's not counting the leftist deans and professors and teachers who think this crap is a good idea.
Can you imagine finding this?
I'd look it all over and then probably have to sit down for a while.

Yesterday was the anniversary of the murder of 13 US troops
"That is the first lesson here; our self-described "best" that claim to be the ruling class are not our best. They are not good at their jobs. Their ideas are garbage. Their ethics are fetid to the core. Their morality sold for a farthing's worth of power, fame, and influence."
Go read it.
Oh, and never forget that most of our Professional Journalists are just as much shit as our 'leadership'.
My, my, this kind of news I can use
...
ATF provides two of what it calls "Slideshows" of photographs of numerous configurations of braced pistols and found that all would likely be classified as short-barreled rifles, without providing any explanation of why or how its criteria lead to this result. ATF implies that plaintiffs have the burden to prove that the braced pistols are not short-barreled rifles, an impossible task because ATF gives no guidance. As the court quips, "The ATF's burden-inverting argument makes as much sense as shouldering a rifle by the barrel…."
More goodness at the link.

Looks like the fascists and national socialists are getting pushy
"Telegram's CEO Pavel Durov has nothing to hide and travels frequently in Europe," it said. "It is absurd to claim that a platform or its owner are responsible for abuse of that platform."
Durov, who has dual French and United Arab Emirates citizenship, was arrested as part of a preliminary police investigation into allegedly allowing a wide range of crimes due to a lack of moderators on Telegram and a lack of cooperation with police, a third French police source said.
Bold mine. And anymore that kind of excuse automatically makes me think "So he won't roll over for you?"

In order that I might not fall asleep having forgotten
You get the feeling part of the problem is "We're Feds,
The day before the attempted assassination of Donald Trump, a tactical team of local police officers set aside radios for their Secret Service partners so the two agencies could communicate during the former president’s July 13 campaign rally.
But those radios were never picked up.
I wonder if any of these people consider that the reason so many don't trust ANY of the federal agencies is said agencies threw the trust they formerly had away?

How do you know you're stuck in a dystopian craphole?
Original here.
But wait! There's MORE!
The left-wing Labour Party government of Prime Minister Keir Starmer enacted emergency measures on Monday to free up prison cells in England as over 1,000 people have been arrested in connection to the outbreak of violence, or for posts on social media, in the UK following the mass stabbing at a children’s dance party in Southport last month allegedly by a second-generation Rwandan migrant teen.
Bold mine.
Two-Tier is really working on that title, isn't he? Mind you, the 'Conservatives' were damn little better, which is a big reason their sorry asses were thrown out.
Lots of people on the Evil Party side went to big-name colleges,
The whole thing's here
"Why don't you want to negotiate with these people?"
Bullet wounds were found on the bodies of six hostages recovered by the Israeli military earlier this week. The grim finding confirms the fears that most of them had been murdered by Hamas terrorists during their 10-month-long captivity in Gaza.

This is a civil rights win with a
A Kansas US District Court judge has tossed an illegal machine gun possession charge on Second Amendment grounds. The court found that machine guns in question are clearly “bearable arms,” and in this case at least, the government failed to show a historical tradition to justify their ban.
The court finds that the Second Amendment applies to the weapons charged because they are “bearable arms” within the original meaning of the amendment. The court further finds that the government has failed to establish that this nation’s tradition of gun regulation justifies the application of 18 USC § 922(0) to Defendant.
That’s the portion of the 1986 Firearm Owners Protection Act that outlaws civilian possession of machine guns.
Second, Oh yeah, I'm sure the .gov will appeal. And I cannot imagine why they, as noted, 'barely tried to meet that burden'; they had to know that if the judge ruled against them it would mean they'd have to appeal, and it would be that much harder, I'd think, to try to prove 'that this nation’s tradition of gun regulation justifies the application of 18 USC § 922(0) to Defendant'.
Just throwing spitballs, maybe the people involved looked at the Bruen and Rahimi rulings and decided "We're screwed on this". Or maybe they, for some reason, wanted to hurry it to the 10th Circuit Appeals, or... Beats me.

So anything from the USSS cannot be trusted, and
On #1,
Higgins goes on to report these shocking facts:
“U.S. Secret Service did not retrieve the radios that had been set aside for them by Butler County tactical command. The radio comms were properly and perfectly arranged during the extensive pre-mission planning.”
“All 8 casings (from shots fired by Crooks) were recovered and are allegedly in proper possession of the FBI.”
“The 9th shot fired on J13 was from a Butler SWAT operator from the ground about 100 yards away from the AGR building. Shot 9 hit Crooks’ rifle stock and fragged his face/neck/right shoulder area from the stock breaking up.”
“The 10th (and, I believe, final) shot was fired from the southern counter-sniper team.”
“My effort to examine Crooks’ body on Monday, August 5, caused quite a stir and revealed a disturbing fact… the FBI released the body for cremation 10 days after J13.”
“The water tower was cleared by drone J13 AM by the County tactical commander, ESU Commander Lenz himself.”
And, let us remember, the current USSS Director was involved in at least some of this, and is now investigating himself.
On the lying politicians and flunkies,
A person at the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Caucus Meeting at the DNC introduced Tim Walz as “Command Sergeant Major.”
So either the clown did not understand, despite all the noise, that Walz didn't earn that rank, or didn't care and lied.

On the subject of 'gun violence', I was sent a link
Another civil rights victory
...
The area is known for drugs and prostitution, so the stopped car drew the attention of Officer Andrzejewski. The law enforcement officer approached the vehicle and demanded Soukaneh’s license. He would hand over his driver’s license and his gun permit. Mr. Soukaneh legally owned and carried a firearm in his car. He did not commit any crime and had a clean criminal record, but that didn’t matter to Andrzejewski.
Upon seeing the permit, Andrzejewski dragged Soukaneh out of the car and slammed him to the ground. The officer handcuffed the man and threw him into the back of his police cruiser. Andrzejewski searched Soukaneh’s car from bumper to bumper, including its trunk. When Andrzejewski didn’t turn up anything, Andrzejewski and seven other officers held Soukaneh in the back of the police cruiser for an additional 30 minutes. During this time, Andrzejewski consulted with another officer about what to write Soukaneh up for, showing they didn’t have a valid reason.
He shouldn't just get 'no qualified immunity', the dumb bastard should be fired. And prosecuted for the civil rights violation.
The judges also ruled that just because someone has a firearm or a gun permit does not give law enforcement probable cause to conduct a search of someone’s vehicle or arrest someone. Andrzejewski admitted in testimony that the firearms license was the only “probable cause” he had. The judges highlighted that if a firearm could be considered probable cause, then anyone carrying a gun would have to give up their Fourth Amendment protections. The liberal judges are no friend to gun owners, but even they believed this situation went too far.
Speaking of responses to the Brit .gov,
Wayne O’Rourke of Salix Approach, Lincoln, was arrested by Lincolnshire police on charges of stirring up "anti-Muslim" and "anti-establishment" hate online during the recent unrest in Great Britain.
THREE YEARS IN PRISON...
She added that O'Rourke now wanted to re-educate himself about things that he had got wrong.
My, isn't that a terrifying phrase?
"The case highlighted the role of social media as platforms where polarising rhetoric can proliferate without proper controls, raising questions about the boundary between freedom of expression and incitement to hatred," Decripto says.
Big Brother decides what is 'anti' and what is 'hatred', and it depends on what they want to jail you for, you troublesome peasants.

Well, it's not surprising this is one of the Harris staff
Today she’s the Deputy Counsel to Vice President Kamala Harris. And was just named Kamala's liaison to Muslims.
After coming to America from a wealthy family in Kandahar, later a stronghold of the Taliban and Al Qaeda, Nasrina Bargzie was raised in Concord, CA, one of the state’s hubs for Afghan migrants, and quickly got involved in anti-American and pro-terrorist activism.
In 2001, while attending college, she was interrogated by the FBI about comments she had made to her friends. It’s unknown what she said, but it was enough to scare her friends, in one of the most liberal parts of the country, to apparently report her to law enforcement.
And oh yes, there's more.

It's still damn hot out there, and i've got to go out one more time, so
That post on the Second City Cop site?
Through months of rioting, looting, arson, maiming, attempted murder and murder, a bunch of these idiot leftist politicians have trained the communists and greens to see that they can do pretty much anything and get away with it.
Now those politicians are terrified about what their little minions might do in Chicago.
Hell, the DNC took a perfectly viable Veep candidate and told him to get lost because he's Jewish and the Dems are that desperate for the terrorist and Jew-hating vote. So they've also taught the Red-Green Alliance that they will cave to them in the hopes of getting their votes.
It'll be interesting to see
A: Just what all they'll be willing to promise in hopes of those votes, and
B: Just what the average voter out there will think of it.
Ah, joy, more feds doing fed things
I swear, if these clowns were told to just knock on the door, in normal clothes, and talk to people as one human to another, they'd wet themselves.
