If you have to be in DC for some reason, remember:

the DC cops are not your friends.

Lady, that worked as well as shopowners putting "I support BLM" signs to try to turn the rioters away, didn't it?

Various Arab countries have been warning the Europeans- and us- about 'You think you know these people and islam?  You're an idiot.'

“A flying car is what men do when they are free. A wealth tax is what politicians do to the men who built it. One of them needs the other to survive, and it isn't Musk.”
The whole quote is there, with proper comments on thieves and slimeballs like Sen. Sanders, who neither reap nor sow, they just take.

El-Sayed's good friend Piker, who thinks as much of black people as he does of this country overall, which is very little.  I wonder if the 'news' in that state has had anything on this?  Or too busy kissing El-Sayed's ass?

I guess you could shorten the police response as "Just because she was murdered, and a conservative politician,

doesn't mean her murder was politically related or- oh, the Counter-Terrorism Police have taken over, and now it seems it was."

Oh yeah, the local cops have, once again, covered themselves with a show of professionalism here, along with telling people 'don't speculate about this, it might affect the investigation', apparently so they wouldn't wind up looking bad.  Which seems to be a standard janissary thing.

I'd never heard of Flock Cameras until the other day,

but it sounds like something I would not want around.

Things I don't want around, like illegal aliens who commit mass shootings.  Who probably have some Democrats trying to get them released on no bail.(speaking of things I do not want around, like idiots making it easier to be an addict living on the streets)

Heard the phrase 'suicidal empathy'?  It covers her death, thinking it would protect her from harm.

Be it remembered that the EffingBI laboratories have been caught

being incorrect- or just plain lying- about their results, and their main reaction was to try and cover it up.  To the point of not notifying the lawyers of possible innocent people that the evidence against them was bullcrap.

I will note that daughter was once studying forensics, and became greatly discouraged over time as she found how many of the "We can tell you the Truth!" proclamations were, at best, questionable.

I'm reminded of one of the lawyers who handed the FBI labs ass  to them wondering why more people, faced with what his client had been, did not demand the evidence be evaluated by someone other than the FBI.  Because it turns out that's a very good thing to do.

How worthless are British cops?

The UK’s West Midlands Police used fictitious evidence to justify its advice to ban Israeli fans of the Maccabi Tel Aviv soccer team from attending a match in Birmingham last month, the force’s chief admitted to a parliamentary committee Monday, as MPs grilled police brass on the basis of their controversial decision.
...
When grilled about the fact that this fictitious match was included in his force’s report, Chief Constable Craig Guildford admitted to the Home Affairs Committee that such an event “didn’t happen.”
... Guilford said that the fictitious match ended up in the report “due to a social media post,” but insisted it did not impact his overall decision.

Translation: "We lied, and we'd lie again."

Gee, why lie about this?
Lastly, Guildford and Assistant Chief Constable Mike O’Hara admitted in the committee that they had met with Independent MP Ayoub Khan, an outspoken anti-Israel figure, while authoring the report that suggested banning Israeli fans from the November match.

The admission appeared to contradict their earlier claims that was “no political pressure” to ban Maccabi supporters, as Khan had previously contacted Aston Villa to voice his strong opposition to allowing Israeli fans at the event, arguing that they were a security risk.

While Guildford insisted that his meeting with Khan was not unusual, as police often meet with local MPs when issuing reports on public safety, he did admit that significant opposition to Israeli fans’ attendance from local community leaders was “fed into the command team” as they authored their report.

Yes, the British janissaries served their masters, which is all they actually care about.

By the way, Brits, that MP calling for resignations?  Bullshit, these bastards need to be fired.

Forgot to his 'publish' on the last one until now,

so a couple more things.

Starmer wants a real investigation like Gov. Hair Gel wants real responsibility for anything he's done,  And the other Labour clowns, which includes lots of prosecutors and police, are right up there with Starmer.

Speaking of Hair Gel, part of the consequences of his and the rest of the Left's sanctuary crap: arsonists being protected by it.

The Dept. of 'Justice' has this much leftover money and personnel to do this?  Time for a big cut in both.

And I'm out of time.

A little general round-up

The latest news from Britain sparking interest among my fellow Americans relates to the recent riots and the government’s response after three little girls were stabbed to death in Southport. The aspect that has attracted most attention is the British government’s attempts to curtail the free exchange and dissemination of ideas on social media. I’ve even been asked if the government of Sir Keir Starmer is waging war on free speech. I feel compelled to answer Yes, but add that the war began long before the summer of 2024. Indeed, Britain’s increasingly illiberal and authoritarian political class, along with their minions in the media and academia, highly credentialled and privileged men and women who sacralise the European Union, are unable to define a woman, despise the white working class and feel at home in Islington, Hampstead, Tuscany, Provence or Cape Cod, have been whittling away at the time-honoured rights of free speech, expression and thought for at least 30 years. Starmer’s draconian policies represent a brutal escalation of the war rather than its beginning.

NYeffingCity is getting what it voted for, good and hard.
Across New York, recently arrived migrants are flooding the criminal justice system — at far higher rates than public officials have acknowledged.

Police sources shared with The Post a staggering estimate that as many as 75% of the people they’ve been arresting in Midtown Manhattan in recent months for crimes like assault, robbery and domestic violence are migrants. In parts of Queens, the figure is more than 60%, sources there estimate.

On any given day, Big Apple criminal court dockets are packed with asylum seekers who have run afoul of the law.

Ah, the EffingBI, "We're all honest, dedicated professionals here, but we worry about the Do'J'."
Sure, you are.

That's about all I can take for now.

Looks like the fascists and national socialists are getting pushy

"Telegram abides by EU laws, including the Digital Services Act — its moderation is within industry standards and constantly improving," Telegram said in a statement on the arrest.

"Telegram's CEO Pavel Durov has nothing to hide and travels frequently in Europe," it said. "It is absurd to claim that a platform or its owner are responsible for abuse of that platform."

Durov, who has dual French and United Arab Emirates citizenship, was arrested as part of a preliminary police investigation into allegedly allowing a wide range of crimes due to a lack of moderators on Telegram and a lack of cooperation with police, a third French police source said.

Bold mine.  And anymore that kind of excuse automatically makes me think "So he won't roll over for you?"

No idea what the backstory on this is, but unless they've got some real good explanation

this is definitely tar & feathers time.

Well, isn't this just joyous?

The FBI allowed Asif Raza Merchant, the Pakistani man charged with plotting with Tehran to assassinate Donald Trump and others, to enter the U.S. in April with special permission known as “significant public benefit parole” even though he was flagged on a terrorism watchlist and recently traveled to Iran, according to government documents reviewed by Just the News.

The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force interviewed Merchant, fingerprinted him and inspected the contents of his electronic devices when he arrived at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport, in Houston, but then let him leave with the special parole that expired on May 11, the memos state.
...
The immigration records from his arrival in Houston on April 13 clearly stated in bright red that he was flagged by the Department of Homeland Security database with the identifier “WATCH LIST” and denoted as a "Lookout Qualified Person of Interest."

Despite direct travel to a country with known terrorist activity, the memo relays that Merchant was “released without incident” into the United States and was “free to travel to desired destination,” which was listed as a family member's home in Texas.

And while this was going on, what's the TSA been up to?  Screwing with a former Representative and her husband for who knows what reason.  Because, apparently, they're dangerous.

More on the subject of 'threat to the United States',
The Biden-Harris administration is quietly floating a funding cut for a national security initiative that protects America's underwater infrastructure. At the same time, it's asking Congress for millions of dollars for equity and "environmental justice" initiatives, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.
Because protecting the US is far less important than more money for didn't Earn It and 'justice' programs.

That song, "If he'll drive you to the criming

he's a Fed"?  Reality based.
A declassified FBI document confirms longstanding suspicions of the agency's active involvement with Patriot Front for years. With 950 pages of details (heavily redacted), it’s evident that numerous federal assets are deeply embedded within the organization.

About the local cop who saw the assassin from the edge of the roof,

according to the local cops he wasn't on a ladder, another guy boosted him up, and when the killer pointed the rifle and he ducked he lost his grip on the edge and fell.  Which is entirely possible.

As been said again and again: we don't know how much of what we've been told or will be told is the truth, and nobody trusts the EffingBI to tell us the facts.  Which is making this even more of a mess.

Speaking of mess, a bunch of the left is up in arms because some people on the right are doing what the left has done to people for years: in the left it's "They didn't use pronouns/the right pronouns/say the phrase/say the phrase correctly/genuflect to our beliefs, so they should be ruined!", from these people on the right it's been show someone- especially a teacher, for instance- celebrating a 'dead Trump supporter' and calling for another try to kill Trump and saying "Make them famous!"  The left REALLY hates this.  And their excuse that "This is just a poor grandma/small business owner/whatever!" holds no water when they've tried to ruin KIDS for, in the most famous case, wearing team colors on his face and a headdress to cheer on the team: "He's a racist!  Why does the team tolerate this racism in the stadium!"  Having their own bullshit turned on them is just intolerable.

There's a lot of argument as to whether it's right to do this to people.  You'll  have to decide what you think about that.  One author over on Fecesbook had an answer in his case: "They attacked and threatened my children because I wouldn't kneel, so they can burn."  After what some of the bastards have done, there's a lot of that running around, and I can't blame them.

Oh, bloody hell, was ANYONE at that location competent?

Donald Trump's would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks was spotted on the roof 26 minutes before he opened fire, a bombshell new report claims.

Cops at the scene noticed Crooks, 20, on top of the building just 130 yards away from the rally stage and took two photos of him because he was acting suspiciously, sources told WPXI.

It's not clear if he had the AR-style rifle on him when he was first seen scaling the AGR International Inc. factory or if he stayed on the roof for the whole time.

Local police used the building as a 'staging area', leading to questions on Monday night over whether officers were inside when Crooks pulled the trigger at least eight times.

The local guys say the Secret Service was in charge, the SS is saying "That was outside our area, it's not our fault", etc.  And there have been reports that one of the police snipers had the guy lined up but was refused permission to fire because 'he hadn't shot yet'...

Between the SS, the EffingBI, and the locals, we may never find out just what happened, because all of  them, especially the Feds it seems, really don't want to take responsibility for anything.

And the head of the SS insists, of course, her part in everything is great and she's not going anywhere.

Attention officers:

I can't say it better:
Being a cop is a tough job and I think vast majority try to do things the right way

But the Scheffler incident does show that we cant just always assume that whatever is in a police report is always correct

Not every person has good fortune of ESPN reporter in car behind them
https://pjmedia.com/chris-queen/2024/05/23/new-footage-of-the-scottie-scheffler-incident-tells-a-different-story-than-the-police-account-n4929290
Which is a fancy way of saying "Sometimes cops lie.  And that does not exactly help your relations with the community.

And there seems to have been a number of cases lately, including feds, where they either don't turn their cameras on or don't bother to wear them.  Guess what that makes you look like?

I'm shocked! SHOCKED, I tell you!

"Sgt. Rashawn Vaughn, commanding officer of the Homeland Security Investigations Financial Crimes Task Force (HSIFCTF), spoke with the press after the raid and made some startling admissions. According to the investigator, DHS is tracking the sale of anything that can be used to create a firearm, including metal rails used in 3D-printed guns. Not only is the government monitoring the sale of perfectly legal gun parts, but they are also tracking things such as the purchase of 3D printers. The vast majority of people who buy 3D printers do not use them to print guns, but buying too many printing supplies or printers could get you investigated by Homeland Security.

There is no federal law against making homemade firearms, even though the Biden Administration demonizes the practice by calling privately manufactured firearms (PMFs) “ghost guns.” The lack of federal statute banning the PMFs means that DHS is investigating people for carrying out perfectly lawful commerce. If someone passes a certain threshold for purchasing 3D printing supplies, which DHS hasn’t announced, the federal government admitted that it would investigate the buyer and monitor their social media."

I doubt anyone not connected would get the same consideration

Carroll testified in court in January that she had the "high standard revolver, nine chambers" and ammunition near her bed. "I still do not have a license," she said of the firearm while testifying.

The local police who paid the February visit to Carroll's home said she surrendered the firearm after authorities "offered to secure the weapon at the police station's property for safekeeping" until Carroll obtains a New York pistol license, per NBC News.

Bleep, what a load of crap.

Some of that stuff I was going to write about yesterday and a couple of new ones

A bunch of cops and busybodies who really need some talking to.  In the cops case it should involve "You don't have anything better to do?"
And when a parent asks 'What law says this?" and the cop in charge tells them 'Google it', you know they're full of shit.

For some reason the "BELIEVE ALL WOMEN!" and "METOO!" types have little to nothing to say about how Hamas, and a lot of True Believers in Islam consider, and treat, women.
Probably too busy attending anti-Jew rallies to care.  I'll note there was little said about the child rape and slavery gangs in Britain, either.

Now: "Even if Biden did shower with is daughter, it's no big deal, lots of fathers do it!"
Does that sound to you like "Let's get in front of this and try to minimize it before something bad comes out"?

(formerly Great)Britain:
Jose and Ted Saunders said they were “shocked” to be told by North Northamptonshire Council that their mid-terraced house in Rushden, near Wellingborough, was deemed to be empty or derelict, enabling the authority to force them to sell it.
...
Three days after receiving the letter, the Saunders got an apology, saying council staff had mistakenly earmarked the house for possible compulsory purchase.

'Mistakenly'
It comes after The Telegraph revealed on Tuesday that the Home Office has quietly built up a stock of 16,000 properties for asylum seekers despite acute shortages of homes for young workers and families.
Like some Democrats mistakenly admitted a while back, you know who they really care about.
And I'll bet they- some councils at least- are quite willing to start taking homes that aren't vacant because "You're a retired couple and this house is too big for you, we're seizi- ah, making a compulsory purchase for the greater good(of the immigrants)."

Well, isn't this just bloody wonderful?

"Facebook gave us a couple of screenshots of your account," one agent in a gray shirt said in the video.

"So we no longer live in a free country and we can't say what we want?" replied Abdeljawad.

"No, we totally do. That's why we're not here to arrest you or anything," a second agent in a red shirt added. "We do this every day, all day long. It's just an effort to keep everybody safe and make sure nobody has any ill will."

Showing up at your door and saying "We were given some of your posts to investigate" is nothing to worry about.  Right.

And Fecesbook?
Shibly says that he doesn't know which Facebook post caught the agents' attention, and that it was the first time he had heard of Facebook's parent company, Meta, preemptively reporting posts to law enforcement. Andy Stone, a spokesman for Meta, and Kayla McCleery, a spokeswoman for the FBI's Oklahoma City office, declined to comment.*
I'll bet they did.

Oh, there's an update at the end:
*UPDATE: After publication, McCleery provided the following statement; "Every day, the FBI engages with members of the public in furtherance of our mission, which is to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution of the United States. We can never open an investigation based solely on First Amendment protected activity. The FBI is committed to ensuring our activities are conducted with a valid law enforcement or national security purpose, while upholding the constitutional rights of all Americans."
I once told my daughter that my coming to see the FBI as just another politicized bunch of .gov employees really bothered me.  Which brings me to the question: Considering all they've been caught at over the last twenty years, do you believe them?  Especially the "We can never open an investigation based solely on First Amendment protected activity line?

Seems the early 'Biden's interview with the investigator was awful'

was understatement.
Former special counsel Robert Hur revealed in Capitol Hill testimony that Biden 'willfully' retained classified materials as a private citizen and gave them to Mark Zwonitzer - the ghost writer of his $8 million book - who later tried to destroy them.

Hur arrived on Capitol Hill to offer insight into his devastating classified documents report that painted Biden as 'elderly' and 'forgetful' and with 'diminished faculties,' but did not recommend charges for the president.

He pushed back on Democrats who claimed his report cleared Biden of any wrongdoing, saying it 'did not exonerate' the president.

'We identified evidence that the President willfully retained classified materials after the end of his vice presidency, when he was a private citizen,' Hur said during the high-stakes hearing.

Put bluntly, you or I, or some military type or bureaucrat who handled classified documents this way would've been in a cell a long time ago.  Not to mention that ghost writer who should be looking at a long time in prison.

But, being Biden, "He's too old and confused to charge."

Two more situations where older punishments come to mind

In France, 'climate protesters' try to damage the Mona Lisa.

In (formerly Great)Britain, the cops seem  more interested in there not being upset with a Protected Species than with actually catching the rest of the gang.

For the French, the whipping post for these clowns.

For the Brits, the same for the cops who seem more interested in 'don't upset the migrants' than in doing their damned job; for the murderers, there's got to be a suitable tree.  Or just build a gallows.
