The other day a girl who'd been talked/pushed into 'transitioning'

to a boy sued over what'd been done to her, and she won.  Two million dollars worth.
Fox Varian sued her New York-based psychologist and plastic surgeon for facilitating her gender-transition double mastectomy in 2019, independent reporter Benjamin Ryan who attended Varian’s recent trial, said. Although a host of detransitioners have sued doctors who rush to “affirm” gender confusion with life-altering surgeries, Varian’s is the first known successful lawsuit.

Claire Deacon, Varian’s mother, was led by her daughter’s psychologist to believe that breast removal was the only way to heal Varian’s gender dysphoria, she told the jury. At first Deacon told Varian’s psychologist Kenneth Einhorn that top surgery was “never gonna happen” if she could help it.

“This man was just so emphatic, and pushing and pushing, that I felt like there was no good decision,” she said, according to an Epoch Times report. “I think it was a scare tactic: I don’t believe it was malice, I think he believed what he was saying … but he was very, very wrong.”

Defendants Einhorn and plastic surgeon Simon Chin implied that Varian wanted the medical procedure, and was even at risk of suicide should she not receive a mastectomy. Chin’s attorney called Deacon’s consent a “critical fact” of the case, and asked jurors what might have happened to a potentially suicidal Varian had Chin refused the surgery.
Seems I've read of a bunch of parents being threatened with this "Do you want a live boy or a dead daughter?" pressure.

Now more suits are being filed for the same reasons.  And I hope a bunch of 'teachers' and 'counselors' as well as doctors are sweating their asses off waiting for their turn in court.  

When medical science and politics mix, it's often not a good thing

Dr Prasad also serves as the Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). In the memo, Prasad asserts that an internal review conducted by FDA staff members concluded that at least 10 children died “after and because of receiving” a Covid‑19 vaccine.

Further translation: "If we give them this truth, they won't trust us to take whatever shots we direct!"

might well wind up fitting into the category of "Things that will cause us to say 'No' to buying a gun" on the ATF forms.  Especially if Kennedy's study on them goes through.

That's been a major concern for a lot of people for years, those people and the stuff prescribed for ADHD and other things.  And it's a good question as to just how bad some of them might turn out to be.  Damned if anyone can believe what a lot of the pharma companies say, bad as a lot of their information has been on various things.  And, since the drugs used on transsexual cases are on such a protected species for the left, that could get real interesting.

We'll see.  As a general thing I hate the "This group cannot be allowed arms" idea, but this is a different thing: if it's the medications some are given that's screwing them up*, that's a different matter.


*I know, that's not counting the worthless 'counselors' and teachers in many cases who push kids to think "You may be the wrong gender, we can help with that and don't have to tell your parents!"  Said asshats need to be fired.  And the politicians and bureaucrats telling parents "If you don't support this, we'll take your kids away for their own safety" need to be dealt with as well.

Read that again. Any child or adult who is having second, third, or 200th thoughts about their transition could talk to a therapist about it, but nothing would be done. Why? Because the law now mandates the therapist must ensure the transition process CONTINUES, especially if one is deemed a vulnerable adult, which Westman most certainly was.

Several years ago two of the best doctors for transsexual surgeries said kids were not getting the psychological counseling and were being given puberty blockers when they shouldn't.  Which would probably cause them to have hanging mobs chasing them today for daring to speak those truths.
Lots of studies have come out showing problems, but the people who shrieked "Believe/Trust the Science!" have shown that only counts if the 'science' says what they want it to.  
Earlier this month, Anderson told me she submitted a co-authored op-ed to The New York Times warning that many transgender healthcare providers were treating kids recklessly. The Times passed, explaining it was “outside our coverage priorities right now.”
Gee, I wonder why that happened.

This signals the end of an era of pharmaceutical innovation marked by arrogance, huge expenditure, wild risk taking, decades of skullduggery, and experiments on the population that will go down in history. Jay and RFK deserve congratulations for finally codifying the fate accompli, but the verdict had already been rendered by the public.

The public has long been skeptical of these injections. Even in the summer of 2021, I gave a speech in which I improvised an unexpected laugh line about how governments are always claiming to do good things for us while forcing on us things we don’t want. Listing taxes, public radio, foreign wars, and inflation, I included mRNA injection.

The crowd went wild. Of course this was a time of intensifying mandates in all sectors. People were forced to get a shot they did not need or want, and you could feel the outrage growing. Whole cities were segregated by vaccine status. Students were being kicked out of school and professors losing their jobs too. Even nurses who had risked it all and gained natural immunity were forced to inoculate themselves.

It was the same summer in which the people’s favorite COVID vaccine, the one-and-done produced by J&J that used a different method of delivery, was pulled off the market by none other than Anthony Fauci. It was part of a long effort to boost one method of delivering immunity (mRNA) over every other option.
Which makes me wonder just how rich Fauci became in this.
I'll also note that the one time my doc tried to talk me into getting a Wuhan vaccine, he specified the J&J vaccine.

Between other things that've been coming out about vaccines, and then this, we trust these bastards why?  There are vaccines that have done wonders, and then it seems there are some that the 'safety testing' seems to be 'Let's make people take this, and see how many have bad problems from it.'  Which is not a way to gain trust from people, you bastards.

When they were deciding whether to recommend the Wuhan vaccine* for children, there were two things from the board:
One was a guy who said "There are questions, but we wanted a unanimous outcome on the vote, so I voted for it."
Second was  one of the others who, near as I can remember, said "At some point we have to start giving this to kids to find out if it's actually safe."
The first guy I wanted fired immediately.
The second I wanted hanged.  From a tree or lamppost outside the entrance to that building.  Because what we've been told all these years is it's tested for safety BEFORE THEY GIVE IT TO KIDS, or anyone else...

No, they did not do that profession any favors, and if they're wondering why people don't trust them anymore, they're idiots.

*I got pissed when the media, in one day, all started playing 'Calling it a new Chinese virus or calling it after the place it came from- the way it's been done for a loooong time- is racist!' really pissed me off.  So I still call it Wuhan.

After a quick look over the news, this I had to say something about

A prominent doctor and trans rights advocate admitted she deliberately withheld publication of a $10 million taxpayer-funded study on the effect of puberty blockers on American children — after finding no evidence that they improve patients’ mental health.

Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy told the New York Times that she believes the study would be “weaponized” by critics of transgender care for kids, and that the research could one day be used in court to argue “we shouldn’t use blockers.”

Critics — including one of Olson-Kennedy’s fellow researchers on the study — said the decision flies in the face of research standards and deprives the public of “really important” science in a field where Americans remain firmly divided.
Example #I forgot of "Why don't you trust the experts?"  Because a bunch of the lie, exclude data, and sometimes throw a study out if it doesn't show what they want.

When asked by the Times why the results have not been made public after nine years, she said, “I do not want our work to be weaponized,” adding, “It has to be exactly on point, clear and concise. And that takes time.”

She then flat-out admitted she was afraid the lack of mental health improvements borne out by the study could one day be used in court to argue “we shouldn’t use blockers.”

When pressed by the outlet for an explanation for the seemingly contradictory findings, Olson-Kennedy attributed it to “data averages,” and said she was “still analyzing the full data set.”
Translation: "I've hidden this as long as possible, now I have to excuse what I did."

From a man who grew up in Venezuela, he thinks the gangs in Chicago are probably not prepared for the level of violence and cruelty they'll face if it does come to open fighting between them and Tren de Aragua and others.

People don't want to get the Wuhan and flu vaccines, so obviously

it's not that you people screwed the trust people had in you, it's that you haven't done it hard enough.

Two things this morning

First, these bastards are flatly on the enemy side, and should be treated as such.

Instead, the chickenshits running the college wouldn't even call the cops in to get this under control.


Second, the name Neil Ferguson ring a bell?  He's the highly-credentialed asshat who helped screw the world when the Wuhan virus started around, also the bastard found having his married girlfriend show up to screw while he was insisting we'd all die unless we stayed locked in our homes.
And yet while Ferguson’s hypocrisy is important, especially for what it reveals about the arrogance of the new expert class, it is really his promotion of fear that he should be challenged on. It increasingly looks like his models were iffy, to say the least. According to the models, unlocked-down Sweden should have had 40,000 deaths by now – in fact it has had around 2,850. This is a catastrophic level of error. That seemingly unreliable or worst-case models have been used to wreck economies and institutionalise an authoritarian era so grave that one cannot leave one’s own house without good reason is a matter of the utmost public interest.

And Ferguson has form when it comes to the worst-case ideology that is so obsessed with being risk-averse that it causes whole new problems of its own. In 2005 he said up to 200million people could die from bird flu – the final global death toll between the years 2003 and 2009 was 292. In 2009, the UK government based its ‘reasonable worst-case scenario’ for the impact of swine flu in Britain on Ferguson’s models, saying around 65,000 people could die. In the end just 457 people died. In 2001 Imperial modelling on foot-and-mouth disease shaped government policy, which was to cull six million sheep, cattle and pigs. Later, an expert in veterinary epidemiology said that modelling was ‘seriously flawed’.
Over and over he's been wrong, and the Brit government, and others, are still employing this asshat.  Because a fellow 'Elite' cannot be dumped just for being catastrophically wrong, it seems.
Especially when his being wrong gives them cause to control other people.
