Nice when the enemy is open about it
The author of the Incendiary
News piece, Ulrike Salazar, likens Border Patrol agents to SS troops who
"take away young boys and girls, tear apart families, throw away
undesirables into dark and cramped dungeons."
Then, after decrying all of the so-called atrocities committed by Border Patrol against illegal immigrants, Salazar writes: "This author only hopes that this chapter in American history will also include the moment when revolutionaries rose up with the masses and slaughtered the fascistic Border Patrol dogs and their bosses, slaying them with revolutionary fire and justice."
And some of their good friends in revolution:
"Revolutionary organizations throughout the country such as the Red Guards appear to be organizing among the immigrant masses in forming defense units, rallying around the shared slogan of 'fight ICE with fire!'" he writes, adding, "the time for activism is over. Now is the time for war."
'Immigrant masses' equals illegal aliens committing terrorist acts. Lovely people, aren't they?
Y'know, I really don't think they'll like the result when they actually try this. And they are effing nuts enough to try.

I'm watching some peole on Bookface lose their freaking minds
because "WE MUST INVESTIGATE THE CASE AGAINST KAVANAUGH, OR WOMEN ARE BEING TRASHED!"
The question is "Investigate WHAT? An accusation over something that, if it happened, was more than thirty years ago,
uncertain place,
uncertain time,
uncertain PEOPLE,
no evidence,
no corroborating witnesses(those who the accuser said could back her up have said 'Didn't happen' or 'Wasn't there').
There's nothing to investigate. And no, "She has notes from her therapist from that talk thirty years later!" is not evidence. Especially when she told the therapist it was four boys, she now says the therapist got that wrong, etc.
Let's say she really was messed with by two drunk guys. Nasty experience, should've reported it then. Of course, the fact that, apparently, everybody there was illegally drinking and being stupid meant nobody would want to. Or she could've been drunk off her ass and things didn't happen the way she remembers. Which is where we're back to "What the hell do we investigate?"
The way she brought this up doesn't help matters at all. Then Feinstein brought her special touch to this and really fucked it up. IF Kavanaugh was involved in this, she pretty much trashed any chance at any real investigation by using it as she did. And now, it could be proven beyond reasonable doubt he wasn't near the place and for the left it wouldn't matter: "He's a rapist, everything he does is tainted!", etc.
If we do wind up in a civil war, Feinstein and company ought to be hanged first. For both the other things they've done, and for the damage they've done to women who really have been sexually assaulted.

Why We Should Still Be Talking About Killing Communists
Tell us what you really think, Mike
I've seen that same stupid bumper sticker. Pissed me off, too
Ok, so the accuser of Kavanaugh has said- through her lawyer- that "I'll show up under these conditions:
This is bullshit. This is nothing but "Delay things as long as possible, then have it set up against the accused."
Democrats Do Not Want FISA Documents Made Public
Gee, I wonder why...
"Our school believes in a practices Diversity(as long as you think the right way)!"

"School choice and charter schools are bad,
because they hurt public schools! And guns are bad, too!" Etc.
Kevin, fits right in.
“There are some people who came
to this totally because of legitimate frustration that said ‘we can’t
shake the system up enough – we need to have alternatives to the
system.’ And, frankly, some of those people were people like my
predecessor, Al Shanker, who said ‘we hate bureaucracy – can’t we do
things like charter schools or other kinds of alternatives where
teachers and parents have a right to actually figure out what they want
for schooling and make it an incubator,’ and so if something really
works then you bring it to the main system,” she added.
Weingarten
said advocating for new ideas in education has been “hijacked” as a way
to convince states to move funds away from public schools and into
other education programs.
Translation: "Just because your schools are doing a crappy job doesn't mean you should have alternatives! Just give us more money!"
Weingarten suggested more “red
flag” laws so that teachers and parents are able to report suspicious
behavior of certain students, which could lead to “extraordinary orders
of protection” being issued.
“There
could be ways of trying to get these kinds of orders of protection that
restrict for a temporary period of time people from having these
[military-style weapons],” she said.
"Screw due process!" And notice the obligatory 'military-style weapons' crap.
Weingarten
also said that “every time you do more and more of the safety
protocols” such as active-shooter drills, locks on doors and adding
metal detectors, “you’re also moving schools away from being part of the
community.”
"How dare you do things that might actually work! That takes us away from the community!"Kevin, fits right in.

So, a woman posted this in support of Kavanaugh's accuser:
Then Jim Treacher asked her about why she deleted it. Which went round & round a bit, and finally came up with this:
Which was followed by
Which was followed by deleting her Twatter account.
'was not ready for that'. Really? Then you're a damned idiot. And then admitting 'no first hand knowledge'.
I repeat: screw this. Give Ford her chance to testify, and if she doesn't, or can't produce anything that counts as actual evidence, confirm Kavanaugh and let the bastards scream.

A movement toward sanity;
hopefully this will spread to other places and end this theft under color of law.
I need to do some handloading.
And form some brass. And clean this place up(again). And do all the other stuff that needs doing.
Is there a surrender flag for all this crap?
Is there a surrender flag for all this crap?

Wyatt Earp on gunfighting
When I say that I learned to take my time in a gunfight, I do not wish
to be misunderstood, for the time to be taken was only that split fraction of a second that means the difference between deadly accuracy with a sixgun and a miss. It is hard to make this clear to a man who has
never been in a gunfight. Perhaps I can best describe such time taking
as going into action with the greatest speed of which a man’s muscles
are capable, but mentally unflustered by an urge to hurry or the need
for complicated nervous and muscular actions which trick-shooting
involves. Mentally deliberate, but muscularly faster than thought, is
what I mean.
Today we'd say 'trained reflexes' I believe. Some interesting reading.
Which reminds me of something. Great-grandfather on Dad's side, among other things, rode the cattle trails from Texas to Kansas three times, and over his life witnessed a number of gunfights. One day Dad and a friend took him to a movie, a western. Came out seriously upset about the gunplay, short version: "It doesn't work that way!"

"Why don't you care what the rest of the world thinks of us?"
Or the connected "Do you know how bad we look to the world?" and other such bullshit. One of the many reasons I don't give a rats ass, from 9/12 and our European 'betters':
Night fell and morning broke before I managed to get off that floor to answer my phone. On the other end I heard my boyfriend’s voice, chanting frantically:
Two more towers! Two more towers! Two more towers!
He and his friends were having a party, celebrating the attack on America. He called to invite me, and to this day I have never felt such intense shame.
Yeah, they were 'one with us'. Until they realized we were actually going to DO something about it, then they turned.
A few weeks later, that beautiful creed had already been forgotten. The one time my country could side with the U.S. was when America was on its knees, but when it refused to stay down it quickly went back to the smug relativism of World War II, the icy efficiency of a country never having to fight for either ethics or its existence.
Soon enough, the narrative was clear. The end of the story had already been written: The U.S. was unjustly acting as the world police, once again. Bush was a moron and a puppet. America was killing innocent people for oil. It went on and on, and all I could think was that if I know that these things are not true, then what other lies have I accepted as truth throughout my life?
They're just like the Palestinians who danced in the streets and gave away candy to celebrate.
Right now they're playing Martyrs and Saints by trying to let as many muslim immigrants in as possible, and if you think there should be some kind of background checks you're a racist. One of those poor immigrants commits a horrible crime, they're pretty much excused, and to hell with the victims. You protest about this? You're a racist and bigot and the .gov will come after you for not going with the Preferred Narrative.
And the idiots in charge can one and all go to hell.

On the Kavanaugh show,
So: Feinstein has apparently had the accusation for months, waited till NOW to bring it up and then with an anonymous accuser. Despite all the previous background investigations which turned up nothing from anyone.
Now we get these two:
She admits she doesn’t remember key details like exactly when the incident occurred or where specifically, and she says the first time she told anyone about it was when she was in couples counseling with her husband in 2012 — 30-some years after the night in question, but the woman at the center of the decades-old allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has now come forward.
...
Ford said the schoolmate jumped on top of them, which somehow allowed her to escape. She said she locked herself in a bathroom and left the house and told no one about any of this for 30 years — and even then when she was in couples therapy. Even then, she didn’t say it was Kavanaugh, just boys from a nearby high school who were now “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.” The notes also say four boys attacked her — but Ford insists this was the therapist’s mistake. She says there were four boys at the party but only two carried out this alleged assault.
And just to add to the mess,
Turns out that Brett Kavanaugh’s mother was the judge in in a 1996 home-foreclosure case in which the defendants were the parents of Kavanaugh’s last-minute attempted-rape accuser Christine Blasey Ford. The house in question, pictured above, is in Potomac, one of the highest-income towns in Montgomery County, Maryland, the Washington, D.C. suburb that is one of America’s highest-income residential areas.
Feinstein is a corrupt, hypocritical asshat politician of the first water, and now she does this.
At this point I want Kavanaugh confirmed just to listen to the anguished howling of the leftists.
