Once again it is that time

The seventh evening has arrived with something to distract from the bloody awful news

My last political thing for today: this was the first official USG comment on the massive Hamas attack

on Israel.  Until they apparently realized how bleeping stupid it is and deleted it:
How stupid are these people, and how much do they hate Israel?  This much.

Added: The Palistinians are kidnapping and murdering(and God knows what else) women in particular.

They've identified this woman, she was a German citizen visiting for the peace festival.
I wonder if the Germans will bother to do anything other than send a letter of protest?

Let's not forget all the money Biden & Co. have given to the Iranians and Hamas, which certainly helped pay for this horror show.

Why, it's as if people not freezing to death this winter is more important than

playing games with bird cuisinarts and solar panels.

Not only am I effing tired of politics,

this is the sixth evening, therefore there are more pleasant things to contemplate.  Such as

Hmmm... I can see the thought, but I don't see the problem

We have two versions of some of the gang

From a few years ago,

And the newest version

A couple of things to point to, starting with 'However much you hate the media,

it's not enough.'
Short version is "Not enough racial division around, we need to create more!  And blame people for what their ancestors did!"

The title of this could well be "No matter how much you distrust/hate the Feds, it's not enough."
“I was never called ‘wrong,’ and now we know why,” FBI whistleblower Steve Friend told me, reacting to a new report confirming that the FBI weaponizes its “counterterrorism” tools specifically against supporters of Donald Trump, in exclusive comments to PJ Media.

It does link to the Newsweek article, which has a lot of defending of the EffingBI, which includes this:
"Obviously if Democratic Party supporters resort to violence, it [AGAAVE-Other] would apply to them as well. It doesn't matter that there is a low likelihood of that. So yes, in practical terms, it refers to MAGA, though the carefully constructed language is wholly nonpartisan."
Because the various riots, attacks, etc. by Democrats and other leftists don't count as 'violence'.  Right.  Because the EffingBI won't pay attention to those.

On the mess with a guy named Russell Brand,

And now I must go.

They're not only crooked, they don't care that they're rubbing it in our faces

President Joe Biden has nominated Hunter Biden’s former law firm colleague to lead the Office of the Special Counsel, which has faced congressional pressure to investigate the Biden administration’s handling of an investigation into the troubled first son.

Biden on Wednesday tapped Hampton Dellinger to lead the office, which investigates corruption in the executive branch and provides protections to federal whistleblowers. Dellinger currently serves as head of the Justice Department’s office of legal policy.

If confirmed, Dellinger could create a conflict of interest given his links to Hunter Biden. Dellinger and the younger Biden worked together at the white shoe law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, the Washington Free Beacon reported. In 2014, Hunter Biden tapped Boies Schiller Flexner to represent Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian energy firm where he served as a board member.

I'm wondering just how the media will spin this as  no big deal, no problem, etc.

I have decided what the McCarthy mess in the House reminds me of.

Know those politicians you've found you can't trust, and part of their attitude is "Who else you gonna vote for?  A Democrat?", and you can hear the smirk in their voice?

A lot of the "THEY MAY HAVE MESSED-UP CONTROL OF THE HOUSE!  They should have waited until we had a larger margin, and then talked about this!" sounds just like that.

Remember when the Stupid Party said "We can't do anything until we have at least one house of Congress!"
Then, when the House was won, "We still can't do much of anything until we have the Senate or the White House!"
The Senate was taken.  "There's a Democrat in the White House, so we still can't do much."
Then  they had the House, Senate, and the White House, and they still couldn't do anything.  Because that awful man in the White House 'just isn't one of us, and doesn't do things properly."  Etc.

Sound familiar?

Yes, this will undoubtedly make things difficult. As if they weren't already with so many of said Stupid Party seeming more concerned with Acting Properly And Soberly And Making Suitable Deals With The Other Side.  So McCarthy getting thrown out of the office doesn't much bother me.  Especially after the deal he make with the Left despite having promised he wouldn't, and then shoving it through fast.  And it's funny as hell that he acted shocked the same people he made the deal with helped throw him out.  The line I like is "Democrats wisely go by the Benedict Arnold Rule: never trust a turncoat."

Nobody should.

Holy shit. This is awful, and the female responsible, and her friends,

all need to be named.  And her lawyers, if they indeed knew about all this, they should lose their licenses, at the least.

Also, further evidence that the 'METOO' and 'BELIEVE ALL WOMEN' crap of 'accused = guilty' is absolute bullshit.

No, puberty blocking drugs are NOT like the pill,

and won't be no matter how many times some activist says they are.

Sayings about 'one-armed paper hangers' come to mind

about the last few weeks.  With somewhat more to come.  So blogging will be slow most of the time, maybe nonexistent some days.

As apology,

A quick "My morning is effed,

so why not spread the joy?

Member of Congress throws a fire alarm to mess up a vote.  But he's a Democrat so the chances of any real punishment are damn low.

The Stupid Party threw the Democrats a lifeline(again) in the budget mess, and my Rep was one of them.  You cannot tell how happy that makes me...

The Marine Corps says it won’t have a full stock of the woodland-pattern camouflage combat utility uniform ― the everyday outfit for most Marines ― until summer or fall 2024. The shortage has prompted the top Marine leader to authorize unit commanders to allow the desert-colored camouflage combat utility uniform or the flame-resistant organizational gear, known as FROGs.
Well, isn't that just effing wonderful?
