So for the next surge of new/reintroduced diseases, we can thank

President Lightbringer and John Effing Kerry.
Opinion:
That Mexico is assisting and pushing this ought to be considered a hostile act.
That our brainless politics-over-all President and that fool Kerry want this ought to be considered grounds for impeachment.
People are going to die because of this.  And these assholes will blame Republicans/conservatives/SOMEBODY ELSE for it for 'standing in the way of comprehensive immigration reform' or some such bullshit.

Speaking of oathbreaking diseases on the US, 'Holder running from a ticking bomb'.
A ticking bomb?  Which one of the many the bastard started the timer on?

Seems the next response to "Why would you want a GUN

in 'X' place?" is "Because I want to keep my head on my shoulders, and my body un-stabbed."

Note how we cringe when I use freely now the distasteful buzzwords “white” and “African-American.” I emphasize the race of the victim and the assailant not because I believe that race was necessarily a prime motivation in any of these cases, much less that Holder should have commented on such lurid interracial crimes before they came to trial that made headlines, or that Americans should think race was necessarily vital in fathoming such barbarism, but because Eric Holder has set an example in this country to racially contextualize any interracial murder that might be massaged for his own political advantage, and to find some government or police agency, or society at large, as culpable for the violence. Race largely determines which interracial violent act the attorney general of the United States chooses to elevate to national political importance and to use for his larger political agendas.

Ref the apparently SWATting that resulted in two deaths, the family of one victim want action taken against Ronald Ritchie, the asshole responsible for the bullshit "He's pointing a gun at people!  He's loading it!" 911 call.  Good.

And if LE won't take action, then I hope both families sue him for everything he has or ever will have.

As Miguel notes, chances of media investigating him, especially if any connections to gun-ban groups: just about zero.  It wouldn't fit their preferred narrative.

Who knew that the University of Delaware was run

by such disgusting racists?

Wonder how much in debt a lot of people are getting for the sake of being 'educated' in this craphole?

A fine response to the head of the EffingBI

and his bitching that Apple is making it harder for them to paw through our stuff:
It has been correctly pointed out that this action by Apple is in direct response to the NSA snooping, and we joke about it, but be honest, we all pretty much think they’re looking at EVERYTHING, don’t we?   And despite their protestations of innocence, we think they’re doing it here, and abroad, for practically everyone, on any electronic transmission they can get access to.    It all has to go through routers somewhere, sometime, it’s all being recorded and relayed at some point.   All of it.   This ain’t magic ya know.  And now they’re outraged!  outraged!  that people might be trying to make it hard on them to peek and poke and prod.

And I’m supposed to believe being able to crack the data on an IPhone is going to stop, oh, another Boston Marathon bombing?  When they lost track of a guy because they didn’t spell his name right?   How are they going to get his phone to decrypt his data?

Nah, sorry, there’s a whole lot of government house cleaning that needs to go on at the IRS, the DOJ,  and the many flavors of DHS before I get excercised about them not being able to easily decrypt data on an IPhone.    I’m more afraid of the listed agencies than I am of Achmed and Mohammed or the guy who dresses up as Barney and keeps encrypted pictures of nude kids on his phone.

Exactly.  This, and the greater interest in encryption, is directly due to the NSA and EffingBI and DHS breaking the law and recording us.  And lying about it.  Repeatedly.

So Director Comey, clean up your own damned house.  Then MAYBE we'll be willing to listen to this crap.  Until then, piss off.

Tab clearing

Good piece on 'stopping power', with some nice anatomy charts

Not really a defense of that idiot with a badge, an indictment of current training and indoctrination.  Especially that "We're at war!" bullshit.

The First Lady confuses us with Saudi; is there any opportunity these people won't take to crap on the US?

Neil Tyson is full of crap; admits it(minimally) when cornered.

My first thought is "What do you mean 'WE' screwed up?"

The Jefferson County Education Association (JCEA) teachers’ union plan to use hundreds of students as pawns in their endeavor to exert control over the district’s school board was organized by a specialist funded by the National Education Association (NEA), one of the nation’s largest teachers’ unions.

The politicians won't be sitting on some FOB when the barbarians

are coming through the wire, so of course they have no problem with getting rid of our land mines; it won't be their ass on the line.

And I'm including the politicians in uniform who have been and continue to be deeply involved in this process and fully support the step to ban future production and acquisition of” these devices.  What's a bunch of dead grunts compared to sucking up to Dear Leader, after all?

We now return to our standard data

for further research

Some data for female readers

Possibly some male.  In any case, it's for SCIENCE!

On the warfare the leftists are waging against the country

The first step to recovery is understanding the problem. Knowing that suicidalist memes were launched at us as war weapons by the espionage apparatus of the most evil despotism in human history is in itself liberating. Liberating, too, it is to realize that the Noam Chomskys and Michael Moores and Robert Fisks of the world (and their thousands of lesser imitators in faculty lounges everywhere) are not brave transgressive forward-thinkers but pathetic memebots running the program of a dead tyrant.

About that murderer in Moore who had 'nothing to do with terrorism', let's compare a couple of pictures.
Said murderer at a mosque in Oklahoma City, note the hand sign:
Now, from another article, a asshole in Afghanistan posing with trophies:
Notice a similarity?
No, no possible link to terrorism, noooo...

One more bit on that: the head guy in the Oklahoma chapter of CAIR is trying to cast doubt on the guy being muslim:
Sources close to the investigation said Nolen adopted the online persona of “Jah’Keem Yisreal,” a phrase that the Washington, D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations leaders said has no meaning in the Arabic language. Muslim leaders said it was odd that someone proclaiming themselves as Muslim would adopt a name so close to Hebrew.
“I can’t imagine any Muslim taking a Hebrew name,” said Ibrahim Hooper, national communications director for CAIR.
Ah, so it must be the Jews behind this.
And a muslim named Ibrahim says this...

Media fail in the D&FSoNJ

Starting with dumbass statement:
The 2nd Amendment gives us the right to bear arms, but it does not limit the amount of ammunition a person can own.

Followed with poll:
Should there be a limit to the amount of ammunition a person can own?

I'd imagine they're not happy with the results so far: Yes, 0.49%, No, 99.51%

And the anti-rights people are enlisting more clergy than Snuffy Pfleger.  We'll see how that goes.

Speaking of whom, up in Snuffys' territory,
The shooting capped a weekend that saw a return to summer levels of violence: Three people killed and 30 wounded.
For which I'm sure the slimy little bastard with a white collar will blame honest people who own guns.

Leftists really don't like it when you point out it was two socialist countries

dividing Europe up between them.  Doesn't fit the narrative of 'Hitler bad, Stalin good'.
It suited Western Leftists, during and after the War, to argue that Hitler had been uniquely evil, certainly wickeder than Stalin. It was thus necessary to forget the enthusiasm with which the two tyrants had collaborated.
...
... To be sure, there were some in Moscow, and a few more in Berlin, who believed that there must eventually come a reckoning with their “real” enemy. But theirs were minority voices. Many more gladly went along with the idea that the two socialist systems were joined in battle against “decadent Anglo-Saxon liberalism”.
Just like socialists really don't like it when you point out Hitler & Co. were socialists.  They get downright upset when you do.

Speaking of socialists,
Comrade Mayor Kills Groundhog!
Film at 11!

And,
This just in: Rosie O'Donald still a farging idiot.

Hey, Arizona, you know what a dirtbag Fred Duval is?

First-world problems on worldwide display:
1. She was called “bossy” as a child; 2. She was sexualized by the media as a young movie star; 3. Many of her girlfriends quit their sports teams because they didn’t want to grow muscles; 4. Many of her teenage male friends, being teenage males, were unable to express their feelings.
Oh, the horrors!

Remember a short time ago, the idiot whining about white females belly dancing?  She responded to her critics, and I think you can pick out the word that demonstrates she's a fucking idiot:
Guys in the Washington Post and the Atlantic wrote whitesplanations about how cultural mixing is a good thing; other men on racist blogs called me a moron.
Ok, bozo, any time you try using a made-up word like '(fill in the blank)planations' to shut people up, you're a bigoted fool.  At the least.  And so many like you have used 'racist' as a club to try and shut people up, we ignore it.  So go piss up a rope.

Homemade revolvers in South America.  Including shotguns.

Beheading in Oklahoma. By a muslim convert.

I'm sure we'll be lectured at any time that "He wasn't a real muslim."
The FBI is now looking into Nolen’s background after his former co-workers said he tried to convert them to Islam after recently converting himself.

Yes, I'm being snarky.  I'm fairly sick of being lectured to by non-muslims that "ISIL is not islamic!"  Guess what, guys?  Not only do are they believers, they get support from lot of muslims worldwide, including muslim-run countries; are they ALL not 'real muslims'?

No, I don't think all muslims think this way; a lot do.  And a lot of muslims who don't endorse them won't actually say anything against them, either; much like Democrats who won't condemn Holder no matter what.

This won't be the last one, either.  Especially not with Obama and the Democrats making sure our border stays open to let more terrorists in.  And yeah, sooner or later this is going to happen.  And one of the first thing the Democrats will do is try to use it to restrict and/or ban firearms and magazines.  Because that's their way of pretending to do something.

Video from the SWATting at Beavercreek

at Bearing Arms
At no later than 8:26:56—less than three seconds before the officer sets himself up to pie the corner—it is apparent that Crawford has already been struck with two bullets and is reacting to being shot.
...
While shots and later shouts can be heard on the audio, there is nothing that captures the sound of police officers shouting at Crawford to drop the BB gun as they claim they did, nothing to indicate that Crawford knew officers were nearby, and no time for him to respond before the shots where fired in any event.

The officers aren't going to be charged(I'm tempted to say 'of course').  I'm pissed at the whole damn thing, and that miserable little shit who caused it with his "He's loading!  He's aiming at people!" call should be in a cell.  Or dragged into the street and flogged.

Miguel says he doesn't blame the officers, Not a whole lot of time, but this was not a situation to be screwing around.  Except because they didn't 'screw around' a man doing nothing but looking at a BB gun and talking on the phone is dead.

"If you've got a dick, you're wrong"

is the sign Sean says(on Bookface) should be put up at universities to short-circuit the bullshit.

Which bullshit is that, you ask?
The university has updated its domestic violence policy to include “withholding sex and affection” as well as “discounting a partner's feelings” as examples of abuse.
...
Under these new definitions, psychological or emotional abuse can include almost anything; even something as simple as a minor argument between partners can classify as discounting a partner's feelings in the right light. The lack of concrete detail in the definition leaves close to anything eligible to be called abuse.
This is the bullshit people are paying to get to deal with.  This is what guys are going to be threatened with.  For a while the advice from some was "Don't date or hook-up in college unless you record it."  Now that won't even help.  "See!  He pushed me away!  It was hurtful, I tell you!"

And the same idiots pushing this crap wonder why more guys don't want to commit.  or expose themselves in any way to the threats.

Ah, the US Forest Service: screwed with us during the shutdown,

and now this.  Is there any agency other than the EPA more deserving of budget cuts than these clowns?
New rules being finalized in November state that—across this country's gloriously beautiful, endlessly photogenic, 193 million acres of designated wilderness area administered by the USFS—members of the press who happen upon it will need permits to photograph or shoot video.

And yes, it does sound like one of the dumbest things you've ever read.
In an election year, yet.

Yes, the Forest Service, the people who spent money they supposedly didn't have to block SCENIC TURNOUTS ON HIGHWAYS so the peasants couldn't gaze on the scenery has now done this.

Screw you USFS, you nasty little bastards.

That Eleanor Holmes Norton is a clown goes without saying;

that she thinks the 2nd Amendment doesn't apply in DC says other nasty things about her.
...setting up a temporary “may-issue” permitting scheme.

Under the legislation, guns are not allowed near Congress. Guns are outlawed within 1,000 feet of any foreign dignitary or high-ranking federal official. They are also banned near the White House in Northwest Washington, in an area bound by Constitution Avenue, H Street and 15th and 17th streets, and on most federal property, including the Capitol grounds. The law puts into place many other requirements and restrictions.
...
“I regret that a New York federal district court senior judge, sitting here by designation, overturned the District’s longstanding carry ban, even though the ruling was not compelled by Supreme Court or D.C. Circuit Court case law,” Norton said in a statement. “If any Member of Congress has nothing to do but to try to block or overturn this local legislation, I am prepared to take him on and suggest things to keep him busy.”
Well, we regret that you're a nasty little tyrant-minded jerk, but there you are.

About what I figured: they passed something as restrictive and idiotic as possible, and they're hoping that A: the Democrats in Congress will protect them and B: they can drag it out in court even further.

Hmmm... I don't have a can for the .22 (link fixed)

so I've got a slight handicap if this were to be true.

Damn bad time for this to happen, with .22 in short supply.

Remember Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain?

The idiot who thought a mother accidentally breaking a law of the D&FSoNJ was far worse than a football player punching a woman out?  Seems the clown didn't like people knowing what an asshat he is, so he's now decided to drop the "She must go to prison!" line.

But we still know what you are, McClain.  You're a bigoted, arrogant asshole.

You might remember me asking about a tub spout

and getting the damn thing off.  I thought I'd mention the end of that.

I used the dremel and cutoff wheels to get an access window; sure enough, screwed on, but whatever they'd used as pipe dope had turned into adhesive.  GOOD adhesive.  So enlarged the window and started nibbling on the spout over the threaded section, hoping to relieve enough pressure to get it loose.  No good.  So I cut over a different section, and on, and on.

Finally got a propane torch, adjusted the flame as low as it'd go without going out, and used it to heat that section of the spout(would've needed the access port anyway).  Heated a bit, tried, repeat, until the thing finally turned.  After which it spun right off.  So the new spout is on.

That was about a medium-level PITA.

Question is, is she so historically ignorant

that she doesn't know who Goebbels was, or did she let the mask slip?

"Nobody wants to take your guns!"

my ass.
“So do all the voluntary gun buybacks you want,” the editors conclude. “But until they are mandatory, and our society can see past its hysteria over ‘gun confiscation,’ don't expect it to make much difference.”

One idiot shows up at a tea party event with a Confederate flag

and the media covers that person like they started the movement, but hundreds, if not thousands of violent, anti-capitalist, anti-American lunatics damn near riot in the streets and we get b-roll of Leonardo DiCaprio marching while holding a sign.
The term “double-standard” doesn’t begin to cover it.
What are 'Reasons people don't trust the major media'?
Combined with What are 'Reasons people think the environmental movement is run by communists'?

Speaking of leftist dirtbags, we have the clowns running Sodom on the Potomac:
Speaking in support of a proposed amendment that would create a public database of concealed carry permit holders, councilwoman Yvette Alexander (D-Ward 7) made her feelings on gun owners very clear.

“Who cares about the confidentiality of a gun owner? We don’t want it, so expose yourself,” she said, according to the DCist.
Yeah, because caring about the confidentiality of personal information only counts for people she approves of, not those nasty peasants who own firearms.  Alexander, you're a sorry bitch.

And the last bit of idiocy I can deal with this morning, unsurprisingly from the TSA:
The TSA is keeping those criteria secret, which is part of the problem. However, the GAO report states that the "high-risk" passengers aren't just those who appear to match a name on the FBI's No Fly, Selectee, or Expanded Selectee lists (as problematic as those lists may be). Now, the TSA is also using intelligence and law enforcement information, along with "risk-based targeting scenarios and assessments," to identify passengers who may be "unknown threats."

In other words, the FBI's flawed definition of someone who is a suspected threat to aviation security isn't relaxed enough for the TSA, so the TSA is creating its own blacklists of people who are hypothetical threats. Those people are also subjected to additional screening every time they fly. To make matters worse, another recently published GAO report indicates that the redress process for travelers who have been incorrectly caught up in the watchlisting system does not apply to these new TSA blacklists. So the TSA's "unknown threats" are truly without recourse.

Makes you wonder if the TSA and IRS are working together

This is such a monumental level of bullshit...

About all those enviroweenie hypocrites flying and boating around,

But how do leaders of the environmental left address these opposing doomsdays? By raising taxes, increasing government, impeding capitalism and reducing national sovereignty. Coincidentally, the same policies they would promote if their supposed environmental catastrophe was utter fiction. It is little wonder that voters are suspicious.
...
Every time a real-world solution is provided to a promised calamity, leftist leaders move the goalposts. To be sure, many well-meaning parishioners have bought the con and piously observe the demanding rituals of earth worship. But the high priests still jet around the globe, chasing checks from energy tycoons to build monstrous mansions along doomed coastlines.

Speaking of, over here there's video of three of the clowns: Actor DiCaprio, Socialist Sanders, and Idiot Kennedy Kennedy wants to be able to imprison people for daring to not do what he wants, Sanders insists 'The Science Is Settled', and DiCaprio has a flunky to shove reporters out of the way when they ask uncomfortable questions.  Like "How does your chartering planes and renting yachts fit in with your demands that everyone stop using so much energy?"  Which fits right in with the Kennedy family and their neighbors insisting on windmills and other 'green' energy sources, except with it'll mess with their view.  Or otherwise inconvenience them..

"Well, yes, the beheadings and slavery are all very bad,

but we really have to worry about those anti-muslim right-wing people!"
A bunch of jihadi-minded Brits could hold a double-beheading in front of Nelsons' statue, and these idiots would whine about how the real concern was 'anti-muslim hate crimes' or something...

This just in: wood is combustible.  Enviroweenies hardest hit.

Is Mommies Demand a hate group?  Yes.

Another fine demonstration of "But this is reporting we don't WANT to do, things we don't WANT people to know about!"

Robert Kennedy Jr.: fine demonstration of 'Scratch a leftist and a fascist bleeds'.

Reading this, I don't see a real reason for a 'dynamic entry' raid.  Especially with kids in there.  And they apparently found nothing.  But hey, what's one grandma with a bullet hole compared to all the cops going home?

And take note of this wording from the original article:
“During the execution of this (federal search) warrant, one of the officer’s weapons discharged,” reads a statement issued by Attorney General Joseph Foster.
Not 'a suspect was shot and wounded', but one of the officer’s weapons discharged.  Makes you wonder if Officer Dumbass of the SWAT team was running in with finger on trigger.  Or they don't want to admit Officer Jones shot at someone picking up a kid.

What? Corruption and other problems with wind farms?

Who'd have thought such things(shut up and put your hands down, I know you did)?
When a project is installed, the first step is to "dismantle" the area, a process through which all surrounding vegetation is eliminated. This means the destruction of plants and sessilities - organisms that do not have stems or supporting mechanisms - and the slow displacement over time of reptiles, mammals, birds, amphibians, insects, arachnids, fungi, etc. Generally we perceive the macro scale only, that is to say, the large animals, without considering the small and even microscopic organisms...
....After the construction is finalized, the indirect impact continues in the sense that ecosystems are altered and fragmented. As a result, there is a larger probability of their disappearance, due to changes in the climate and the use of soil.
...
There is abundant information about the harm caused by the sound waves produced by wind turbines. These sound waves are not perceptible to the human ear, which makes them all the more dangerous. They are also low frequency sound waves and act upon the pineal and nervous systems, causing anxiety, depression (there is a study from the United States that found an elevated suicide rate in regions with wind farms), migraines, dizziness and vomiting, among other symptoms.
But the wind turbine operators are able to get away with it because the system is so corrupt.

What happens is absolute corruption. I have to admit that generally there are "agreements" behind closed doors between the consultants or research centers and the government offices before the studies are conducted.

Sunday, September 21, 2014

What? A program that allows the government to steal

is being misused?  Who could have foreseen such a thing...

Anybody not an idiot, that's who.
As two people who were heavily involved in the creation of the asset forfeiture initiative at the Justice Department in the 1980s, we find it particularly painful to watch as the heavy hand of government goes amok. The program began with good intentions but now, having failed in both purpose and execution, it should be abolished.

Asset forfeiture was conceived as a way to cut into the profit motive that fueled rampant drug trafficking by cartels and other criminal enterprises, in order to fight the social evils of drug dealing and abuse. Over time, however, the tactic has turned into an evil itself, with the corruption it engendered among government and law enforcement coming to clearly outweigh any benefits.
And never in your fevered imaginations could you see this 'Steal it under color of law' crap being misused?  Then you're too damn stupid to have anything to do with making law.

“If Eric Holder or anyone else in the Administration

did not know about the horrific Fast and Furious scandal prior to the death of my brother, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, then what is it they are afraid of in the documents?” she asked. “Wouldn't they want to know the same questions as my family?
Problem being that the nasty little bastards know the answers; that's why they're scared shitless of this information getting out.

Sparkman Middle School, Alabama

Why some parents haven't cleaned out the staff by some horrible means, I do not know.
Staff trying to stop reported sexual abuse were told they needed evidence - so they used the girl as 'bait' but then forgot about her, a lawsuit claims.

A 14-year-old special needs pupil was raped in her school toilets after teachers set up a trap to catch an alleged sexual abuser by using her as 'bait' - but then forgot about her.
How many were fired for this, or otherwise disciplined?

None.
Oh, excuse me, a teachers AIDE was 'placed on leave and later resigned'.  Nasty, wasn't it?

And the crowning glory is this statement from the principal, Ronnie Blair, who tried to get elected County Superintendent:
"It's a sad situation. At the same time, I feel very comfortable with the way the situation was handled. That's about all I can say."
That's because you're a miserable little shit who belongs in the unemployment line.  Forever.  Every jerk involved in this does, but you really deserve more.  Like about fifty lashes for that statement alone.

Bet he insists the public schools are the best place for kids to be, too.

I'm going to stop now before I wind up damaging keys.

Having spent the day learning some of the Art and Science

of the Garage Door Opener, and bead-blasting some stuff, I need to relax with some more leisurely research.
Ladies, no time today to find something for you, I promise I'll try tomorrow

"Give us our lynching, or else!"

Wonder if these dipshits have any idea how much they sound like the Klan a few decades ago?

And yeah, the more fools like this threaten mob violence, the more people are going to decide to pick up some armor.  Whether the politicians like it or not.

On to the subject of journalists so pig-ignorant they put up crap like this
reported it as 'news'.

Teachers use a girl as bait to 'catch him in the act'.  Screw it up, girl gets raped.
Several months after the incident, principal Blair told Al.com: "It's a sad situation. At the same time, I feel very comfortable with the way the situation was handled. That's about all I can say."
And I'm surprised you could choke that shit out of your mouth, you miserable little bastard.
Yes, at this point I have to agree with Insty, sending your kids to public school is child abuse.

Friday, September 19, 2014

Yes, it's time to distract from the elbow

and other concerns.  Therefore, new data is below.

And for the ladies, I'll try to have some other data tomorrow; not exactly something I normally look for or store

Tab clearing

Yeah, this judge needs his law license and black robe taken away.

Yes, false rape accusations do happen.  And it's amazing the excuses made for them.

I’m not saying that George W Bush was the Platonic Ideal of a good President.  I’m just saying that Obama has to seriously up his game if he wants to rise to Bush’s level, let alone rise far above.

What, you expected better of Holder?

Liam Neeson will kiss my ass long before I pay for one of his movies.

Oh yeah, sending troops to fight ebola will be wonderful.

'Adults wanting to have sex with children is wonderful and normal.'  And my desire to shoot pedophiles and use them for fertilizer is normal and to be encouraged.
Used to work with a gay guy, and we got started on this subject one day; he was bothered-to-horrified(depending on age) at the way a lot of homosexual guys wanted sex with younger guys.  Sometimes seriously younger.  He'd been married and had two kids before coming out of the closet, and his attitude was 'Someone touches one of my kids, I'll kill them.'  Unfortunately a disgusting number of other people don't feel the same way.  At least about other peoples' kids.

I guess outrage depends on which sex is committing the domestic violence.

And a bunch of Aussies are deciding "Maybe all those gun bans and restrictions aren't that great an idea after all."

Yes, they want the old to die

If not on their own, with assistance.
Emanuel’s push for people to die at 75 is deeply connected to Obamacare, which insists that care be rationed for the elderly – who, presumably, must be encouraged to make the same “mature” decision about death Emanuel has made. Emanuel pushes back against those attempting to lengthen their own lives, castigating them as morally deficient:
...
Emanuel says he will stop having “colonoscopies and other cancer-screening tests.” He wants flu shots stopped for the elderly, as well.

But it’s not enough for Emanuel to feel that way. We all must feel that way, and we must construct policy around that belief. He believes that life-expectancy statistics should be ignored once they move beyond 75 years old. And while he insists that he is not “saying that those who want to live as long as possible are unethical or wrong,” his entire article is premised on that belief. Otherwise, why write it? And given the fact that Emanuel directs the Clinical Bioethics Department at the National Institutes of Health, his opinion carries weight.

Enough weight that the same day Emanuel’s piece published, a 21-member Institute of Medicine panel announced that we need to revamp our end-of-life care. “The current system is geared towards doing more, more, more, and that system by definition is not necessarily consistent with what patients want, and is also more costly,” said David M. Walker, former US comptroller general and chairman of the panel. The panel also encouraged end-of-life conversations with as many elderly folks as possible, and that costs could be slashed by thinking about aging differently.
Here's an idea, you miserable little fascist: off yourself and stop eating resources.  And make your parents stop getting flu shots and treatments and whatnot.  You actually believe us serfs should be forced to this, force your own family to it IF YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE IN THIS.

Ah, the Pajama Boy haven known as Mother Jones

Where a armed woman, obviously knowing how to use said arm, is 'degraded and objectified'.

Also from Miguel, talking about the 'Not self-defense, teach the offenders not to offend' mentality that's going around,
And we are in the 21st Century, what the hell happened to the Feminist movement? I thought that the original concept was to empower women to be equal to a man when the challenge came. But now what we have is a culture of purposely weaklings that make June Cleaver look like an MMA fighter packing a recoilless rifle.

I wonder how this'll be spun as 'no bit problem', or blamed on Assad

At least 14 soldiers of the Islamic State were killed near Baghdad when a warhead that they had been filling with chlorine gas exploded on them.

Iraqi security officers said the attack took place in the city of al-Dhuluiya, which is about 90 km north of Baghdad.

The town was also the spot where four soldiers of the Iraqi security forces were killed by inhaling chlorine gas.
So what happens to "We will count on Arab troops to do the ground fighting" when the embassy or something gets hit with a chemical weapon?

Apparently The Lightbringer thinks the Pres. Johnson method

was something to emulate, rather than avoid.  Probably because he doesn't want to outright win, either.
“The U.S. military campaign against Islamic militants in Syria is being designed to allow President Obama to exert a high degree of personal control over the campaign, going so far as to require that the military obtain presidential sign-off for any strike in Syrian territory,” the Wall Street Journal reports.
How many lost opportunities, how many lost lives, while Obama plays "I'm a better general than my generals!" ?

And I do believe this is correct:
Let’s be honest: No effort can be successful if the Commander-in-Chief is unwilling to even define victory. This semantic murkiness is intentional, since it provides maximum political cover for the poll-watching president. Obama can declare that we “degraded” the terrorist threat with a single air strike or a thousand.
...
Obama does not want to win his new Iraq war. He can’t afford to. If the projection of American military power successfully solved the problem of Islamic terrorism, it would shatter Obama’s entire worldview.
And the 'pretend we're doing something' has worked well with Democrats and communists so far: pretend nothing can be done about Fast & Furious, about Holder breaking the law, about the IRS, about whichever else until 'the internal/DoJ/whatever investigation is done', said investigation being nothing more than 'delay until we can declare everyone innocent.'

Which brings me to this piece of information which should've been on every news broadcast:
Tonight, Rep. Chaffetz told Megyn Kelly there were four terrorists arrested crossing the US border in Texas on September 10.
There were actually four individuals trying to cross through the Texas border, who were apprehended at two different stations, that do have ties to known terrorist organizations in the Middle East.
And from the head of DHS, who is the newest version of Sgt. Schultz?
Rep. Chaffetz, who serves on the homeland security panel’s Subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence, clarified that he was referring to whether known terrorists, suspected terrorists, or individuals with ties to terrorist organizations have been arrested trying to come into the country illegally.

“Sitting here right now, no specific case comes to mind,” responded Johnson. “That doesn’t mean there is none.”

One of these clowns who's already made it across or will, is going to make an attempt- or quite possibly succeed- in doing something horrendous, and Obamas' first reaction is going to be to try to use it to restrict us further; probably something on the lines of "We must control these weapons" bullshit.  Because that's more important to him than actually STOPPING TERRORISTS.

What the bloody effing HELL

did these idiots just do?  They passed a 'let's arm the moderate(snork) Syrian rebels to fight ISIS' bill. Which includes this
But the bill would not prohibit people with links to terrorist groups from actually participating in the program, the aide said. Such a blanket prohibition could make it tougher to recruit people.
The aide said this language is intended to provide congressional oversight without hindering the mission.
....  Excuse my language, but Fucking Gods-damned MORONS.

Be it said that a few of them actually ask questions, thus making Lurch a very unhappy incompetent.  And still as arrogant as ever.  "I won't tell you now, but I will tell you sometime.  I'm sure."   And him actually being questioned caused Ma'am Boxer to get a case of the vapors.

So this assemblage of (largely)chickenshits just authorized Obama to start giving weapons and training to people who're in many cases PART OF THE DAMNED ENEMY.  Which means at some point US airmen or ground troops or another embassy will get the ammunition returned via the loud end.

Oh, great, my Rep. voted for this idiocy.  Effing wonderful, it is.

Ah, institutions of higher learning...

The other day:
Clemson University is requiring students to reveal how many times they’ve had sex in the past month and with how many partners.

"They’re upset. They’re paying this astronomical tuition to come here, and they’re talking to their parents about these questions, and their parents are getting upset about having to spend this kind of money at Clemson where their students are being asked these kinds of questions."

In screenshots obtained exclusively by Campus Reform, the South Carolina university is asking students invasive and personal questions about their drinking habits and sex life as part of what they’ve billed as an online Title IX training course.

Today:
“Required Title IX online training has been suspended pending elimination of certain questions that were associated with a training module provided by a third-party vendor,” the email, sent at 11:42 p.m., said. “Clemson University will eliminate these questions. We apologize for any concern and inconvenience this has caused.”
"We're still going to do this, but we'll get rid of some of the worst questions, ok?"
This is what people are paying thousands for.

And one of the finest products of this higher education, Fauxcahontas, came out with this:
Eva Moseley, I’m not a student, I’m not an alumnae, but was in faculty life. I was also a Holocaust refugee and I’m extremely concerned that Jews don’t do to another people what was done to them.
This received thunderous applause, in the midst of which Warren responded, “I think that’s fair.” You have to see the clip to fully appreciate the exchange:
No wonder she's such a bigshot with the leftists.

The autocrats in Sodom on the Potomac came up with a concealed-carry law; it's about what you'd expect:
Lott said politicians in Washington, D.C., are considering passing a “may issue” concealed carry law that would come with a laundry list of restrictions and the final decision on issuing concealed carry permits would be “arbitrary” and left to government officials.
"We'll pass something we hope gets the court off our backs, but still lets us keep the peasants from carrying a gun."

So the land of Robert Bruce

and William Wallace has become a bunch of socialist hoplophobes
Patrick Harvie, Green MSP, said: "The police do need to deploy firearms in response to serious incidents, but the sight of armed police on our streets while carrying out routine duties has alarmed many Scots and we deserve to know why it happened and why our communities were not consulted.
Jesus H. on a frikkin' pogo stick, they're 'alarmed'...

Also, I must note: they still have as their Justice Minister Kenny MacAskill, the miserable little bastard who released the Lockerbie bomber on 'compassionate grounds'.  Y'know, if they're so fucking stupid and corrupt that they've still got him in that office, screw 'em.  Let the place go its own way, and after it implodes maybe some of the survivors- hopefully wiser- can rebuild the place.

I am SO damned glad that some of my ancestors got the hell out of that place.

Well, at least DPMS replied

Sent to both Bushmaster and Aero Precision asking if they thought opening up a .308 boltface sufficiently to fit .30-30 would be a problem; apparently they just ignore questions they don't want to answer.

Son had an idea on magazines: put a guide internally on each side to make it a single-stack, feed lips modified appropriately.  That's a definite possibility.

I'm going to have to start making a list of parts and see just what it would cost to build.  Or start looking for a used or new AR-10 and see if that'd be cheaper than building from scratch, then add barrel, bolt and mags for the new cartridge.  Although in this case it'd be 'modify the bolt'.  Another idea from son: if get a complete AR, shorten the barrel to suitable length to change to a carbine-length gas tube and rechamber it.

I need to make a list.  After I hit the grocery store and library.  Speaking of, just finished Ancient Encounters, about Kennewick Man.  Interesting read.  Reading this, well, I remembered the Corps of Engineers not exactly covering itself with glory in its integrity, the information I hadn't seen before makes that even worse.  And some of the tribes need to be told to piss off when they try to claim remains that far predate their existence in an area.  And have much-different racial characteristics.

Oh, of course there's no problem or threat!

I mean, it's not like Afghan cops and troops have been shooting our guys in the back or someth- ah, bad example...
On Saturday afternoon, a bus carrying 31 police officers from Afghanistan drove from the DEA’s Quantico, Va. facilities to Georgetown. DEA spokesman Rusty Pain said the group members—undergoing intense training—were driven to Georgetown to enjoy themselves. When it came time to get back on the bus, 22-year-old Mohammad Yasin Ataye and 24-year-old Mohd Naweed Samimi were missing.
Pain insists each member of the group has been vetted and polygraphed. However, given the war in Afghanistan and threats, D.C. tourists and locals alike expressed concern over the pair’s disappearance.
No shit?

Under the heading of "So stop putting on your gods-damned ninja suits and trying to jump through windows UNLESS IT'S ACTUALLY CALLED FOR!  You'll have a much lesser chance of getting shot, and it'll actually improve your standing with the community.

The level of idiocy in this...  They could've waited for him to come out and served the warrant.  They could've waited until he got in the car and then done it.  Instead "We have to do this for officer safety", and now one's dead, a couple wounded, and no drugs found.  Great work, guys.

One of the possible side-effects of self-defense:

scumbag family of deceased scumbag threatening you.
Turn it over to the cops.  And stay armed.

Damn.  I'd not heard of these guys either.  The 21 Sikhs of Saragarhi.

The good thing in this:
"The facts of this case—when viewed in the light most favorable to the plaintiffs—adequately establish that the 'inspection' of Strictly Skillz amounted to an unconstitutional search," the court says, "and that the unconstitutionality of such a search was clearly established at the time that the search was executed." Hence a federal judge was right to rule that Vidler and Deputy Travis Leslie do notdeserve qualified immunity.
The bad things: that these idiots, and the idiots who went with them on these raids, actually thought this was a good idea.

Personally, I'd also suggest going after their supervisors, too; this was an ongoing bullshit operation, and their bosses had to know what was going on and approve of it.

A Democrat mayor and a NPR 'reporter' who lie about guns;

surprise?  Elle Moxley, one more properly described as 'journalist' because she's a sorry excuse for a reporter.
“‘Guns are more readily available than fresh food,’says @MayorSlyJames,” Moxley told her followers. “Wants lawmakers to focus on jobs, not gun legislation like SB 656.”

Noting other tweets where she repeats more fraudulent noise-making by James, that if open carry by permit holders is approved, “dine and dash” incidents will increase,” and that not infringing on the right to keep and bear arms is “overboard” to “the point of insanity,” it’s clear where Moxley’s sympathies lie, and what she perceives her “profession of journalism” duties to be. As an aside, it’s curious which side “dine and dash” advocacy actually comes from, but “progressive” projection and Opposite Day realities are hardly surprising to regulars at my WarOnGuns blog.

On the other side, we have some rabbis saying "Disarm?  Are you nuts?"
“Jewish history supports self-defense,” the rabbis declared. “It is remarkable that the RCA and OU have ignored the long Jewish history of persecution.
“We have a duty of self-defense under Jewish Law,” the rabbis argued. “The Torah recognizes armed self-defense as a requirement for a free people ... the Tanach praises self-defense [and] Channukah celebrates self-defense. [The RCA and OU should] reconsider their prior positions, and instead encourage Jews to remain ready, vigilant, and armed.

Reason #I'velosttrack why to get rid of the EPA: They're a bunch of corrupt bastards.
The Energy & Environment Legal Institute (E&E Legal) released a report today revealing and piecing together dozens of emails obtained under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which lay out in detail EPA’s collusion with senior activists within environmentalist pressure groups, and proving the real thinking about the intent behind and impact of EPA’s “climate” regulations.

Far from the required recusing to avoid the appearance of a conflict, EPA filled its senior political ranks with green pressure group activists, continuing their life’s work and coordinating with former colleagues from their new positions in government. These emails show the groups sharing jokes about EPA assurances that it isn’t waging a war on coal, and gloating about the courts serially siding with EPA as it rewrites federal environmental law. More important, they show the special role and undue influence these relationships provided, the very sort of influence the Obama Administration once disavowed.
...
The emails discussed in the report demonstrate how Coequyt supplied research and advocacy materials directly to individual activists within EPA, even helping EPA keep a score for “internal use” of coal plants to shut down. He advised EPA officials to ensure “zombie” coal plants, i.e. plants that had been planned and may one day be built, remain shelved avoided creating complete logs of their interactions through various means, including, e.g., meeting with Goo at the nearby Marriott Hotel near the EPA headquarters (circumventing detailing their discussions in EPA’s visitor logs, where people most logically would look), and when he was otherwise in the building including for numerous meetings with senior officials Goo facilitated had such a direct pipeline into the Agency that when he was on vacation his Sierra Club team would plead with EPA friends for updates.

Court decides against BATFEIEIO in Dobyns case

“[T]he court finds that defendant did not breach the Settlement Agreement, but did breach the covenant of good faith and fair dealing,” Senior Judge Francis M. Allegra noted, characterizing Dobyns’ ordeal as “Kafkaesque” with no-nonsense candor revealing he is not at all pleased with government conduct. “Based on the breach of the covenant, the court finds that plaintiff is entitled to damages in the amount of $173,000. The court further finds that defendant is not entitled to recover anything with respect to its counterclaim.”

“I have been vindicated,” Dobyns affirmed in his news release. “Today, Judge Allegra describes ATF as an agency with ‘organizational weaknesses, the inability of agency officials to supervise and control, and of demonstrated misfeasance – all rooted in the sorry failure of some ATF officials.’

Translation from DHS-speak:

"This is about to blow up on us, get rid of him!"
“Mohamed wants to pretend that he’s moving on to bigger and better things,” Poole said. “But it’s clear that Homeland Security threw him under the bus, and he’s going back to [his home state of] Texas with his tail between his legs.”
...
However, documents obtained by Judicial Watch under the Freedom of Information Act contradict DHS’s claims and indicate that a proper investigation into Elibiary’s actions never even took place.
“We conducted a comprehensive search of files within the DHS Enterprise Correspondence Tracking System (ECT) for records that would be responsive to your request. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate or identify any responsive records,” DHS informed Judicial Watch in a Sept. 16, 2013, letter.
DHS could find not “investigative records regarding the alleged mishandling and any records of communication between any official, employee, or representative of the Department of Homeland Security and any member of Congress, congressional staff member, congressional committee, and/or congressional committee staff member regarding the alleged mishandling,” it said in the letter.
The fact that this guy got the position in the first place is a black mark on DHS; that they covered up their failure to investigate this mess until now is worse.  No excuse possible.

Speaking of this kind of person, it's nice when the terrorist and genocide supporters tell you what they are, isn't it?

Ah, Robert Peel would be so proud

of what the British cop has become...
A victim of Rotherham's child sex abuse scandal confronted a man she says groomed her - but was left shocked when she was the one arrested.
They can't do anything about all the rapes and so forth, but by MARX! this bitch can't be allowed to offend PC sensitivities by confronting her rapist!
'The woman was arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated public order offences.'

Then one of these dumbasses with badges realized
South Yorkshire Police told today how they had been hoping to interview the woman in the weeks before the arrest, after they were told of the historic allegations by another organisation.

But they only realised that she was the woman they had been trying to speak to after her arrest, and have now released her on bail.
A: For some reason she was 'reluctant to talk to police'.  Gee, I wonder why?
B: 'had been trying to speak to'  Really?  How hard had they been trying?

Peel must be spinning in his grave.  And wishing he could go Jesus-in-the-temple in a lot of police headquarters.

This puts a definite crimp in my shooting

Mentioned the other day a messed-up elbow.  Going to take a bit to get to a orthopedist, and until then not much can do about it.  Rifles aren't bad, but handguns... so I'm getting more left-handed practice.

And I don't have a left-handed holster.  Yes, I can shoot right-handed, but there's the possibility I'll require some surgery on the elbow, in which case it'll be left-hand-only for a while.  So will have to look around for something.

In the meantime:
Milwaukee PD catches officers lying about what they saw, and conducting illegal strip-searches.  But Prosecutors and the Milwaukee Police Department concluded there wasn't enough evidence to convict any of the officers, even though the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel notes numerous contradictions in video, police reports, sworn testimony and reports made by internal affairs.  Of course.

So now a bunch of people are suing, and going to win, and you've just demonstrated that proof that officers lied on sworn statements and so forth 'isn't enough to convict, so we're not doing anything'.  Well Done, Milwaukee PD and prosecutors!  You've just demonstrated special treatment for cops, trashed trust in yourselves, and you're going to cost the taxpayers a fortune!

Another piece on the theft under color of law that is asset forfeiture.  Open corruption in order to raise money.  And some of these cops... from the sound of it, they either became corrupted or should never have been handed a badge in the first place.

Yeah, this'll get him called names again.
The forensic examinations of their lives rarely reveal anything of significance. The extensive digging into the lives of the Boston bombers told us nothing about why they would plant a bomb near a little boy.

The answer lay in the topic that the media carefully avoided. As with the other Muslim terrorists, the meaning of their motives was in the little black book of their religion which commanded them to kill
.

Misandrists like Amanda Marcotte and others lament that domestic violence is always a man’s problem. No, it is not. It is so much deeper than that and pretending that only men can stop domestic violence is foolish and adds to the problem.
But it's the Preferred Narrative™, and that's what the major media will keep pushing.

Apparently a celebrity scientist has been saying some questionable things.  Considering he's a globular-warmenist hero of the believers, this should get interesting.

Oh, I need to send this to some people:
Ah, there’s nothing like a primitive, quarrel-torn, disastrous Third World country. And Scotland has everything it needs to be what old-school foreign correspondents fondly call a “shit-hole.”

Plus Scotland is conveniently located for aging journos like myself. It can be “covered” from the comforts of The Ritz in London, and there will be plenty of unemployed Scottish unionist refugees hanging around waiting to be hired as drivers and translators.

Scotland’s economy will be the requisite Third World shambles. Scotland’s two dominant political parties are the leftist Scottish National Party and the leftist Scottish Labor Party. These can be counted on to vie in out-lefting each other. Cuba-with-chilblains, here we come!

"Free speech(unless you say something non-PC or have conservative views, you pig)!"

Bacon report

When last we left this experiment, I'd just pulled this
off the grill from smoking, and had cut a couple of slices to fry and taste.

Yum.  Light hickory aroma while frying, good flavor, and actually chewy without being tough.  Oh yeah, I'm going to do this again, it kicks the ass of just about every bacon I've bought from a store.

Method I followed is here(some folks couldn't get to it before, so this is a tiny).  Very simple, and lots of room for experimenting.  Salts, pepper, herbs, different woods.  I had this in the refrigerator curing for four days.  For smoking used my old charcoal grill: make the fire on one side, put the meat on the other.  And wrap the soaked axe handle chips in foil with a couple of cuts to let the smoke out.

You may now thank me for taking the ginormous risk of making bacon at home.  You're welcome.

Yeah, about that 'mystery' of the nasty virus going around,

I'm not the only one who'd wondered about a connection.  Now I read this:
This is basically the same virus commonly seen in the equatorial Americas and South America. The very odd emergence of this virus at this time – especially just prior to the new school year and now fueled by the congregation of children in schools – demands an explanation. The only plausible one is that this has been brought here from south of the – now non-existent – border.

Although there will be a good deal of epidemiological work to be done before this can be scientifically associated, there is a deafening silence on the part of public health officials and the mainstream media in even speculating about this association. This is not simply a case of being politically selective about the news, it is downright dangerous and could be just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the emergence of diseases long absent from daily life in America now suddenly popping up “inexplicably.” By the way the article from the Journal that I cited [linked above] likely represents gross underreporting which is typical in South America.
Now the questions become "How long does the major media just not report on it?  And when they finally do, how will they twist this around to avoid mentioning lots of illegal alien kids and adults bringing this stuff in?  Or blaming it on us for not being sufficiently (fill in the blank)?"

The NYEffingTimes tells the truth

About thirty years late.
It was much the same in the early 1990s when Democrats created and then banned a category of guns they called “assault weapons.”
...
This politically defined category of guns — a selection of rifles, shotguns and handguns with “military-style” features — only figured in about 2 percent of gun crimes nationwide before the ban.
But 'Assault Weapons!'  And even the NYEffingTimes admits the truth:
The policy proved costly. Mr. Clinton blamed the ban for Democratic losses in 1994. Crime fell, but when the ban expired, a detailed study found no proof that it had contributed to the decline.
Wonder if someone is getting slapped for admitting these facts, or if they have some motive for letting the truth out?

This is unpossible, as handguns are banned in Britain

Yasser Alromisse, 46, who was born in Egypt, wanted custody of his daughter Mary Ann Shipstone after becoming estranged with his wife Lyndsey.

After shooting his daughter, Alromisse took his own life inside a silver Toyota on the driveway of his ex-wife's home in Northiam, near Rye, East Sussex on Thursday.

Leftist journalism professor wants to be a subject of the Crown

Apparently not enough to actually go there, oh no, he wants the US to bend the knee as colonies again.

Fuck you, Wheeler, you think Britain is so wonderful, then MOVE THERE.  Nothing stopping you.

Assuming you can make yourself read all of it, you'll notice that he glosses over the crime rates, the ongoing 'Horror of the Week' that is the NHS, and so on.  Including his mention of how much 'nicer' society is over there not saying anything about the PC-at-any-cost idiocy that led to probably thousands of girls being raped over years and the wonderful people in charge actively working to prevent anything being done about it.

Yeah, maybe the asshole is playing click-bait; I doubt it.  He sounds far too convinced we'd be better off under British rule.

Pediatrician is all butthurt she's not allowed to lecture patients and their parents about guns.  Even though she doesn't know a damn thing about them.
Based on a lifetime of avoidance and an appalling lack of any personal experience or training whatsoever, she considers herself qualified to use her position as a medical authority to dispense “firearm safety” advice for others, who trust her solely because she’s a doctor? And what “safety tips” is she prepared to offer on “how to secure a gun to keep your child safe”? Aside from what is clearly legislative agenda advocacy via slick, manipulative propaganda offered by the American Academy of Pediatrics?

“I keep my nose out of politics and do not even pretend to understand the intricacies of the laws regarding gun control,” Rivers protests. She just admitted to being oblivious to the effects of laws those using her are trying to impose, meaning she is absolutely uninformed about their unintended consequences and deleterious effects.
Yeah, just the type we need telling people about firearms, right?
Next time she starts on this, someone needs to give her the form and ask her to fill it out before she starts dispensing advice.

I had wondered about this a time or two

Tam notes a slight difficulty with the 'Keep a can of wasp spray for home defense instead of a gun' argument: you're opting for the 'less violent' method of spraying someone with a nerve agent.  Wonderful, right?  Borrowing the ladys' words,
They were playing that idiocy on the Today show the other morning and only an extremely somnolent state kept me from throwing something through the screen while yelling "No! Who told you that was a good idea? Don't listen to this $#!+head!"

Seriously, in most imaginable scenarios, I'd rather stand in front of a jury having shot a home invader as opposed to having filled his eyes with insecticide or oven cleaner. If you don't have any business busting a cap in a dude, you don't have any business giving him a facefull of organophosphates
.
Not to mention the 'contaminate the whole place with it' factor.

So the NGVAC writes a letter

that basically says "By not letting us ban these too-accurate-for-commoners firearms and scopes, and not letting yourselves be registered, you're ignoring our side’s Second Amendment right to regulate guns, and it will be the worse for you when some bad guy uses this to break the law!  You don't need this any more than you need heat-guided laser rocket launchers! So in the end, by not doing what we want,
In defending insurrection-style weapons, you, guns.com, Outdoor Life, Lee Williams and Ammoland are actually working against your own interests. Do you really think the first sniper attack with a TrackingPoint weapon won’t force the gun laws you fear including regulation of the military weapons you defend? Defending weapons like TrackingPoint’s “Smart Scope” Military-Style Precision-Guided sniper rifles is practically inviting the government to take your guns–and they will—and you will have done it to yourselves.
Um, yeah.  Sure.  Gotcha.  So all we have to do to maintain our 2nd Amendment rights is give up on everything you don't approve of(which is pretty much everything).  Because if we don't surrender we're begging the .gov to take it all.

This demonstration of genius and caring is from a smiling clown named Elliot Fineman.  Who is one of the people demanding 'smart' guns, but when one(or add-ons) shows up that's not smart in the way he approves of, he wants it banned.  Because 'VICTIMS!'  Etc.

Then the story gets better: this guy checked them out, and their claim to be a tax-exempt organization.  Slight problem:
The Internal Revenue Service, however, revoked their tax exempt status on May 15 of this year.

Anyone who donated a substantial sum of money should notify their accountant.

Entering NGVAC's Employer Identification Number (EIN) into an IRS tax exempt search page produced the following response: "The federal tax exemption of this organization was automatically revoked for its failure to file a Form 990-series return or notice for three consecutive years."
Gee, maybe if the IRS wasn't busy playing political games and trying to cover that up, they might have some time to dig into this?

Yeah, I know, stop laughing.

Rep. Elijah Cummings: vile, corrupt,

disgusting bastard.

And let's not forget Holder, and the IRS.  Everybody involved in this belongs in a cell, Cummings included.  Next to Holder at the head of the list.

Know some people who insist that religion in general is dumb, etc., and should be discouraged in the public sphere, yet they're oddly picky about just which religions they have tolerance for.  'Protected species' y'know(and don't they howl when you point it out?).  I'd love to get them to watch this.

Speaking of the Religion of Submission and PC idiots,
The researcher told us she was threatened in her car at night by two police officers.
“They said wouldn’t it be a bad thing if some of those men found out where she lived. She feared for her life.”
South Yorkshire police chief David Crompton said that he was not aware of the incident.
Oh, of COURSE not!
So the question becomes whether the cops were just covering their ass for not doing their jobs, or if they were on the take and earning their thirty pieces of silver.
