Followed by "Yes, we're Scotland Yard, no, you didn't break any laws, but he doesn't like you asking questions so stop it."
The proper response to an actual peace officer organization would be "Screw you, I'll ask questions whether you or he like it or not."
If you haven't heard of this, it's become quite the academic kerfluffle, and the univerisity that's been kissing his ass is really not happy. And the professor started by calling critics and questioners racists, and now says "It's because of my autism and you should leave me alone."

Yep, because of his self diagnosed autism. That's like when my lab manager asked why I curse so much. She laughed when I told her that I diagnosed myself with Tourette's.
