I wonder how this'll be spun as 'no bit problem', or blamed on Assad

At least 14 soldiers of the Islamic State were killed near Baghdad when a warhead that they had been filling with chlorine gas exploded on them.

Iraqi security officers said the attack took place in the city of al-Dhuluiya, which is about 90 km north of Baghdad.

The town was also the spot where four soldiers of the Iraqi security forces were killed by inhaling chlorine gas.
So what happens to "We will count on Arab troops to do the ground fighting" when the embassy or something gets hit with a chemical weapon?
