So, take every IRS clown that lied under oath

While they admit the school today is funded at the same per-pupil rate as other colleges in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, they say the school’s small size as well as years of prior discrimination mean the school needs special treatment today in order to compete on a level playing field.
“They say to us: We want to make you equal,” said retired math professor E. Sonny Harris at a press conference announcing the suit. “They can’t make us equal when you have discriminated against us for 30 years. You have to give us more money than you have given any other state school.”
Slight problem with the whining:
Should the lawsuit proceed, the state will likely defend itself by arguing that Cheyney’s problems are more due to its own financial mismanagement than to any malevolence by the state. The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, one of the lawsuit’s defendants, has already hit back at the suit with its own fact sheet pointing out that Cheyney receives over $14,000 in state aid per student, more than any other PSSHE school and about three times the average.
Not only that, but the school has also received $97 million to construct new buildings on campus, fully $20 million more than the amount given to any other PSSHE school. Despite the state’s largesse, Cheyney has accumulated over $14 million of debt and the hole is deepening quickly.
And, which should make the faculty SO proud,
Unmentioned by PSHEE is another possible cause of Cheyney’s decline: Weak academic performance. The school’s four-year graduation rate is only 9 percent.

And as a Cherokee, I hope that I am able to add a unique perspective to this conversation. What appears most challenging for White America to grasp, is that concepts of one's relationship to the dominate anglo-germanic-celtic culture are not uniform even within ethnicities. Opinions are shaped both by a complex interaction of how one is perceived, and also how one's family, clan and tribe perceives AND the culture stories within the "minority" or subordinate culture as to their role enveloped by the dominate society."

About that bicycle corps
The 25th U.S. Infantry Bicycle Corps was organized in July 1896 at 1,520-acre Fort Missoula near Missoula, Montana after General Miles ordered that a "cycle infantry" be established. Lt. Moss was placed in command of the new corps- one sergeant,one corporal, a musician and five privates- all volunteer black troops for Companies B, F and H of the 25th.

An election integrity watchdog group is suing the state of Maryland, alleging that it has discovered massive and ongoing fraudulent voting by non-U.S. citizens in one county. But because of the way that the non-citizens are able to cast votes in elections, the fraud is likely happening in every single county and subdivision across the state. The group believes that the illegal voting has been happening for years.
The group, Virginia Voters Alliance, says that it compared how voters in Frederick County filled out jury duty statements compared with their voting records. The group’s investigation found that thousands of people in Frederick County who stated that they are not U.S. citizens on jury duty forms went on to cast votes in elections. Either they failed to tell the truth when they were summoned for jury duty, or they cast illegal votes. Both are crimes. The same group previously found that about 40,000 people are registered to vote in both Virginia and Maryland.

According to the attorney general, the students were taken to another police force and then transported to the outskirts of Iguala. Those orders, he said, came from the head of the Guerreros Unidos, whom federal authorities captured last week.
Attorney General Murillo Karam said investigators are still trying to positively identify the remains of some 30 bodies found in nine graves outside Iguala.

“They probably planted them to be able to accuse you of having classified documents if they ever needed to do that at some point,” Number One added.

Which fits in nicely with the previous studies showing conservative have a physical brain fault, and the one that said non-leftists aren't as smart as leftists, etc.
I may have mentioned it before, but I'm Gods-damned sick of this shit. I'm sick of being told "The reason you oppose Obama is he's BLACK!", and the same about that corrupt bastard Holder. I'm sick of "You only want the border closed because you're RACIST!" I'm sick of "The reason you don't want 'accusation equals guilt of sexual assault' on campus is YOU HATE WOMEN!"

The paper was from the director of the National Drug Intelligence Center, Michael Walther.
This directly contradicted Holder’s May 3, 2011 testimony to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, during which he stated that he, “probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.” The October 4, 2011 date may also be significant because it came shortly after the August 30, 2011 resignation of U.S. Attorney for Arizona Dennis Burke and reassignment of acting ATF director Kenneth Melson to the position of “senior forensics advisor” at DOJ.
Remember, in non-legal speak 'directly contradicted' means 'proves he lied his ass off'.

For the first time, the Department of Justice has provided a detailed description of 15,662 Fast and Furious-related documents it is withholding from Congress, the public and the press under executive privilege exerted by President Obama.

It’s unclear as to why the president would exert executive privilege to keep from turning over documents discussing “which office will respond” to my FOI requests. The Justice Department never properly responded to my requests.

Also withheld are communications surrounding the infamous Justice Department letter to Congress in 2011 which erroneously claimed there had been no “gunwalking” in Fast and Furious or any other case. Republicans in Congress subpoenaed the materials in hopes of pinpointing who knew, how high up, that the letter to Congress contained incorrect information. The Justice Department later retracted the letter, long after overwhelming proof of the gunwalking surfaced.
Change that to 'lied their ass off and claimed' and you'd be at the truth.
Other emails being kept secret are dated May 4, 2011 from Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer to other officials in the Justice Department about a news article revealing Breuer authorized the wiretap in Fast and Furious. The justification for the wiretap included a detailed narrative on the case, implying Breuer would have known that the gunwalking tactic was being used, contrary to his and the Justice Department’s claims. It’s unclear what news article is discussed in the withheld emails, but I reported this story for CBS News on that same date.

extraordinary claim of executive privilege as well as a dubious claim
of deliberative process privilege under the Freedom of Information Act.
The “First Lady of the Justice Department” is a physician and not a
government employee.

In its cover letter, the Department of Justice asserts that all of the responsive records described in the index are “subject to the assertion of executive privilege.”
The Vaughn index explains 15,662 documents. Typically, a Vaughn index must: (1) identify each record withheld; (2) state the statutory exemption claimed; and (3) explain how disclosure would damage the interests protected by the claimed exemption. The Vaughn index arguably fails to provide all of this required information but does provide plenty of interesting information for a public kept in the dark for years about the Fast and Furious scandal.
So the bastards are still playing games, still telling the judge to piss off, still trying to delay, delay, delay.

This exemption ordinarily exempts from public disclosure records that could chill internal government deliberations.
- Numerous entries detail DOJ’s communications (including those of Eric Holder) concerning the White House about Fast and Furious.
- The scandal required the attention of virtually every top official of the DOJ and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). Communications to and from the United States Ambassador to Mexico about the Fast and Furious matter are also described.
