Connected to the 'tied up the last few days' mentioned previously

and the general glut of information out there, I have things to do, and far too much I'd like to talk about for the time available.
Here's a good one:
Long Beach, California, mayoral candidate Rogelio Martinez has rolled out a controversial new plan to drive ICE agents out of the city. In an amateurish and borderline farcical campaign video, Martinez called on the city’s 55 gang leaders to unite against federal law enforcement.

Standing in front of Long Beach City Hall, he said he was “calling all 55 gangs in my beautiful city. I expect a gang leader from every gang. … I’m calling the Latino gangs. I’m calling the Cambodian gangs. I’m calling the Filipino gangs. I’m calling the black gangs. I’m calling the Pacific Islander gangs.

I'm calling the mental health types to take him away.  Because the Democrats won't do crap about their clown.

Oh, gee, vote fraud in Michigan.  Surprise.

And New York City and Virginia are getting what they voted for, good and hard.

And that's all I've got time for, see you later

My, isn't that interesting?

NGO caught registering illegals to vote, and telling them to vote for the Islamist/Communist in NYeffingCity.

Which makes me wonder if a similar or same group is helping the other Communist/Islamist running for mayor in Michigan?

A few things to note before I scream in frustration

If this is correct on the Wuhan vaccines and immune system damage, people need to hang.

If this is correct and true on voting fraud, same.  There's plenty of rope.

MSNBC once again earning their pay as Democrat operatives with bylines.

And last, because I'm tired of this shit, is Biden admitting to lying about not putting US troops into Ukraine, or this level of crack-brained idiot?

And in either case, why the hell wouldn't someone on his staff have stopped him?
And yes, I've seen this from several sources.

More of that vote fraud stuff

the left keeps assuring us doesn't happen.

Asshat tries to chain people in a room.  They chase him down.  Campus paper makes them the bad guys, because Republicans.

Yael Horowitz, a Jewish organizer of the D.C. Dyke March, said organizers had decided to ban "nationalist symbols," including flags and banners that represent "nations that have specific oppressive tendencies."

Palestinian flags would be allowed, however, the Forward reported. It was unclear if this was a tacit acknowledgment of Palestinians not having a true state. It was also unclear if organizers were aware of the lack of LGBT protections for gay Palestinians, including the illegality of male homosexual conduct in the Gaza Strip.
Oh, they know.  But the fight against the perfidious Jews is more important.

Tab clearing

Well, they won't be able to blame it on Viking shipping or South American SUV use.
Considering the possible effect of the Little Ice Age on deep Pacific temperatures and modern climate change, study co-author Peter Huybers, a professor of Earth and Planetary Sciences at Harvard University, said that the findings make it important to look deeper into what might have caused the Medieval Warm Period and Little Ice Age. This, he stressed, should be done in order to “better understand modern warming trends.”

Occasional-Cortex doesn't know what she's talking about.  Again.

She also doesn't like being fact-checked.  But then, what socialist does?

But, the left assures us, this couldn't possibly have any effect on elections.

It is the most totalitarian form of blacklisting: not just to be prevented from speaking on a university campus, or to be kicked off social media, but to be shut out of the entire financial system. That is the terrifying new threat to freedom that western societies must now contend with.

The decision, released Friday, concludes that Phillips has developed at least some evidence of misconduct by the Colorado Civil Rights Commission.
They must be having some nervous moments over this.  Good, they deserve them.

For the Southern Poverty Lies Center to lose not only ears and tail

but its entire ass would do the country good.  And be a serious kick in the ass to the bigots and liars running it.

"I came here to escape from a shithole country.  Now I wish to make this country more like the shithole I escaped from."

So, on the eevillleee 'assault weapons' and standard magazine front compliance with the SAFE Act has been less than 15%; now on handguns in this county it's about 31%.  Reaction from Gov. Howler:
"There has been mixed signals coming from the Governor, who has said 'we want more gun legislation'. But we can't even get the gun legislation that we have...at least one provision of it...complete," Kearns said.

New 4 reached out to the Governor's office to ask when and how re-certification will be enforced. We did not hear back Wednesday.
A lot of sheriffs and police chiefs said when this crap was shoved through that they wouldn't enforce it; the state police have been dancing around it, especially in the counties not near NYeffingCity and Albany; Howler knows if he orders them to start actively enforcing it the result will be loud, profane, and aimed at him.  And he doesn't have the balls to do it.  And all the while honest people who own guns have this garbage hanging over them.

At some point the state authorities are going to decide to start arresting and jailing people over this, and it's going to get interesting.

More of that vote fraud we're told doesn't happen.
From Californicated, no surprise there.

Yeah, about that non-existent vote fraud

we're not supposed to worry about:
Newly available data is casting doubt on the integrity of the presidential election in New Hampshire in 2016, which Hillary Clinton won by just over 2,700 votes.

Over 6,000 voters in New Hampshire had used same-day voter registration procedures to register and vote simultaneously for president. The current New Hampshire speaker of the House, Shawn Jasper, sought and obtained data about what happened to these 6,000 "new" New Hampshire voters who showed up on Election Day.

It seems the overwhelming majority of them can no longer be found in New Hampshire.
Multiply this crap across the nation... this crap is a real threat to this nation, and it needs to be stomped on.  Hard.

On "Use my pronoun, bitch, or else!"

There is no place for commanding specific language—thoughts, even—in a free and open society. As more people surrender to the illogical demands of a totalitarian minority, our world becomes less free and more closed. Fear reigns, cowardice replaces courage. We are now confronted with the same question Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn asked when facing down the Soviet police state decades ago: “If one is forever cautious, can one remain a human being?”
As the screamers and bitchers have demonstrated, they have nothing but contempt and hate for an actual free and open society.

FBI is investigating the incident as a 'possible act of terrorism,' sources added
Gee, I wonder why?

Ah, Australia, you never fail to disappoint and live down to expectations.
A: But- but Australia has the Bloomberg- and CSGV-approved laws, how could there be all those illegal guns there?

B: They actually think robbers, rapists and terrorists are going to turn weapons in to an amnesty?

C: Note this:
"More than 600,000 weapons were destroyed in the aftermath of the Port Arthur attack, during a gun buy-back in which compensation was offered."
They mean when they told people "Give up your property or we'll throw you in prison. But we'll give you a little money so you don't feel too bad about this."

Wednesday, December 14, 2016

Well, if you can't count on the authorities to do something,

or people have come to believe they won't, people will start acting.  And not in ways the authorities will approve of.

The Energy Department is all upset about that letter from the President-Elect.
“My members are upset and have questions about what this means. These are all civil servants who do their jobs,” Tony Reardon, national president of the National Treasury Employees Union, said in a statement.

“They have no wish to be caught up in political winds — they are nonpartisan employees — scientists, engineers, statisticians, economists and financial experts — who were hired for their knowledge and they bring their talent and experience to the job every day,” he said, adding that the union “will do all it can to ensure that merit system rules are followed.”
If they've been acting within the rules, they are protected by that system; if they've been acting outside the rules, then they're not and shouldn't be.

Can you say "If we tell them what we've actually been doing, I'm in trouble!" ?

More of that non-existent vote fraud we're not supposed to worry about.
Detailed reports from the office of Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett show optical scanners at 248 of the city’s 662 precincts, or 37 percent, tabulated more ballots than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books. Voting irregularities in Detroit have spurred plans for an audit by Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson’s office, Elections Director Chris Thomas said Monday.
...
Overall, state records show 10.6 percent of the precincts in the 22 counties that began the retabulation process couldn’t be recounted because of state law that bars recounts for unbalanced precincts or ones with broken seals.
Gee, you'd think someone involved in the process had been playing games with the vote count or something.

'Non-existent' or 'not enough to matter' vote fraud again

For years here in Virginia I have observed massive fraud – in the registration process, in the absentee ballot casting, in the battle to remove photo IDs, in the voting at the polls. Recent studies have shown thousands of illegal alien registrations in Virginia, and hundreds of voters also casting votes in other states (college kids the worst offenders). My own identity (SS No.) was stolen last year and used to get a fraudulent tax refund and voting. I have written in the past about the massive fraud here with illegal alien voting. For over a decade the SEIU and its local affiliates have gone through the extensive illegal alien community here in Virginia fraudulently registering illegals who then vote in large numbers, usually in early voting or absentee ballots, because there are no poll watchers to challenge them. They even brag about it.

And let's not forget the arrogant stupidity of Hillary Clinton and her disdain for things like (other people's) secrets:
Nope. It was about presidential response times once a nuclear strike was being detected. Like how long it would take to get the president out of the bathroom taking a crap or shower, or out of the presidential limo when out at a banquet, or from the bedroom to the communications room to initiate a counterstrike. It was marked Top Secret. TOP SECRET!
So I was floored last night when I heard Hillary Clinton come out with the “four minutes to react” comment.
I won’t confirm the accuracy of that number, or even the context she was referring to, but that was TOP SECRET information.
If we ever had the time and opportunity I would take you through a discussion of the OODA loop, a tool we in the military use to get inside an enemy’s decision cycle. What Clinton revealed last night was a clue for an enemy to know what is one of the most critical parameters of OUR OODA loop.
But what are the media, the punditry, the politicos, and unfortunately PowerLine talking about today? Donald Trump’s valid complaint that he can’t make any acceptance of election results when the threat of fraud has never been greater.

Harris is probably going to be a Senator from Californicated; if she craps on the law this way as AG, what'll she do in that office?
The execs are now hitting back -- as they should. They've asked the court to dump the case with a detailed and thorough filing. It highlights that the charges violate the First Amendment, Section 230 of the CDA and, at an even more basic level, the complaint doesn't even satisfy the requirements for "pimping," which is what they're charged with.
That Section 230 part- well, it OUGHT to get her thrown out of office for violating the law.
More specifically, the AG’s theory expressly violates Section 230, which Congress enacted twenty years ago to preserve and promote free speech on the Internet by immunizing website operators from liability for publishing content provided by third-party users. Section 230 preempts all contrary state laws—including state criminal laws. Indeed, Attorney General Harris has acknowledged that Section 230 precludes her from prosecuting Backpage.com, but she has now commenced a prosecution to do precisely what she admits Section 230 prohibits.

Jews and Guns, by a Jew with guns.  This is the author of Jew Without a Gun from the 1992 Los Angeles riots, and it's well worth reading.  One bit:
The Sword is Not the Cause
Ariel pointed out that in his commentary on Genesis 4:23, Ramban, Rabbi Moshe ben Nachman, the towering medieval scholar, writes with refreshing clarity:
“The sword is not the cause of murder, and there is no sin upon him who made it.”
In other words, a weapon, be it a sword or a gun, is neutral. It can be used for good or evil. Thus to label a gun as “bad” makes no sense, for a gun can be used in self-defense which the Torah sees as an obligation.
and
One of the hallmarks of postmodernism—the denial of absolute truths—is an astonishing inability to recognize, much less confront, evil. Therefore it becomes psychologically necessary for the liberal to place the blame on an inanimate object–the gun–rather than on the person who pulls the trigger. It is easier to fault the gun manufacturer for the horror at Columbine, rather than admit that two sixteen-year-old boys are evil.

The Jewish attitude, Ariel maintained, is to place the blame where it squarely belongs: on the two young men; to declare their evil, and never again utter their names. For just as goodness is a reality, so is evil.

Something I have to take note of:

An activist who bragged about disrupting multiple Donald Trump campaign events in a recent Project Veritas video was on Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign payroll, a search of Federal Election Commission (FEC) records reveals.

In a Veritas video released Monday, filmmaker and provocateur James O’Keefe recounts meeting activist Zulema Rodriguez at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. In the video, Rodriguez takes credit for violent protests in Chicago that forced Trump to cancel a March rally.
...
Notably, a search of FEC records reveals that Rodriguez was paid by the Clinton campaign shortly before she disrupted the Chicago rally. The campaign paid her $1,610.34 as a “payroll” expense, and also gave her a $30 payment that is described only as “phone.”

Now add in
Convicted felon Bob Creamer, the Alinskyite agitator husband of Illinois Socialist Democrat Rep. Jan Schakowsky, is stepping away from his duties with the Clinton campaign because he doesn't want to be "a distraction in the important task of electing Hillary Clinton."
...
Yesterday, Scott Foval, the former national field director for Americans United for Change, was fired from that organization. Foval can be seen in the first video bragging about paying homeless and mentally ill individuals to cause disruptions at political events, and explaining how Democrats have been committing voter fraud on a massive scale for 50 years in the second video.

Top with
A key operative in a Democratic scheme to send agitators to cause unrest at Donald Trump’s rallies has visited the White House 342 times since 2009, White House records show.

Robert Creamer, who acted as a middle man between the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee and “protesters” who tried — and succeeded — to provoke violence at Trump rallies met with President Obama 47 times, according to White House records. Creamer’s last visit was in June 2016.

So next time some Evil Party apologist starts screaming about 'non-existent vote fraud' and such, slap them with some of this.

If pants did catch on fire, Obama would have third-degree burns on his ass

In March 2015, The New York Times reported that Obama said he didn’t know Clinton was using a private email address. That turned out to be false, as the second FBI report on their investigation into Clinton’s private server revealed that the president used a pseudonym in email communications with her. “How is this not classified?” Clinton aide Huma Abedin asked the FBI during their interview. Obama’s use of a pseudonym suggests he not only was aware of Clinton’s private server, but he knew it wasn’t secured to communicate with Clinton, as there were no security officers to mark the correspondence as classified.

Obama’s administration has intervened to delay several FOIA requests until after Election Day to shield Clinton from further scrutiny.

In October 2015, the White House stopped the release of emails between Clinton and Obama, citing the need to keep presidential communications confidential.
And on, and on.

Standard: "People shouldn't be allowed to own guns!  Except for my security guards, of course; that's different, I'm not carrying a gun, I'm paying other people to do it for me."

Remember Gruber, the 'Americans are too stupid' MIT professor who put Obamacare together?  He says Hillary has a GREAT! plan.  Guess what that means?

This election summed up:

So many leaked emails, so little time...

Oh, and Facebook?  I'm supposedly 'infected', but you're doing this?  Screw you.

He made the mistake of thinking the snowflakes actually care about free speech.
The world-historical irony of the situation is not lost on Goldberg.
“In their quest to try and stop me from altering the school’s policies, they broke almost every single one of them,” the sophomore told the Fix. “Students not only abused me online, but also in public, in class, and over email.”
“I want to engage in debate,” he added. “I assumed that a group of 18 to 24 year olds would understand the First Amendment, but I was wrong.”
“It’s incredibly ironic to me that they violated almost all of the speech codes in trying to prevent me from eliminating the speech codes.”

Apparently shaming other women is fine if they don't have the preferred political beliefs, or are a threat to a favored politician.

More on that nonexistent vote fraud we're not supposed to worry about.

Noisy training with interesting stuff

What a difference a few years makes, huh?

“What I would do on the immigration, you know, comprehensive reform is this,” Kaine says. He continues, “I would require those who are here illegally to sort of raise their hand and come forward and say ‘we broke the law.’
“By admitting that you’re breaking the law you’re going to have that as a criminal violation, as a legal violation and you’re going to have to pay a penalty and it’s going to be a significant penalty that you will pay over a period of time, whether it’s a fine or whether it’s an escalated tax rate, you’re going to have to pay that. We would take that money that was being paid by those who have come here unlawfully and we would use it to increase border security.”
That's the Democrat VP candidate, who currently wants to basically throw the borders open.  Seems to have changed his mind on same-sex marriage and abortion, too.

More about that 'almost nonexistent voter fraud' we're not supposed to worry about.
According to a 2012 Pew Research Center survey, one out of eight American voter registrations is inaccurate, out-of-date, or a duplicate. Some 2.8 million people are registered in two or more states, and 1.8 million registered voters are dead.

Even though that’s a rich vein of potential mischief for fraudsters, the Obama administration hasn’t filed a single lawsuit in eight years demanding that counties clean up their voter rolls, as they are required to do by the federal “motor voter” law. I’ve spoken to three Justice Department lawyers who attended a meeting on Nov. 30, 2009, in which they claim then-deputy assistant attorney general Julie Fernandez said the DOJ would not be enforcing that provision of the motor voter law because it  ran counter to the law’s overall goal of “increasing turnout.” (Ms. Fernandez did not respond to repeated requests for comment.)
Because to the Evil Party an increased turnout of vote fraud is a feature, not a bug.  And they don't want to discourage it.

Professional Journalism from the Clinton News Network:
Just this week, the pro-police group Blue Lives Matter charged that the network deceptively edited video of the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott. The full video, taken by his wife Rakeyia, featured officers repeatedly telling Scott to "drop the gun." In the video aired on CNN, no such demands were shown.
...
"Burnin' down s—t ain't going to help nothin'! Y'all burnin' down s—t we need in our community," Sherelle said. "Take that s—t to the suburbs. Burn that s—t down! We need our s—t! We need our weaves. I don't wear it. But we need it."

CNN ended the clip after Sherelle told her neighbors to stop burning down their own neighborhoods, and added a chyron that claimed she was "calling for peace" when she was in fact encouraging them to take the violence elsewhere. CNN eventually apologized for the error and corrected their report.
Yeah.  After they'd done the damage.

However, “inaccurate intelligence” doesn’t fully describe the whole story. A closer examination of the run-up to the Libya debacle on September 11, 2012 leads to the irrefutable conclusion that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton knowingly armed radical Islamist terrorists in Libya.
Which also means Obama & Co. knew, and approved.

More pleasant subject, Ruger has a re-make of the LCP, which has actual sights.  Haven't seen one yet, so no opinion on how the grip has changed.

Back to unpleasant, with information that's no surprise to anyone with a brain:
The majority of the Isil extremists who carried out the November 13 Paris attacks entered Europe while posing as migrants, Hungarian security officials have disclosed.

Seven of the attackers, who killed 130 people and left more than 360 others injured, slipped through Hungary's borders while posing as migrants.
...
According to Hungary's centre for counter-terrorism, the group of fanatics set up a "logistics hub" in the country in the summer of 2015 and began using the so-called Balkans route of eastern European countries to move fighters trained in Syria into Europe.

About that 'virtually nonexistent vote fraud' we're not supposed to worry about,

Indiana State Police began looking into voter fraud in Hendricks and Marion Counties in August 2016.

Detectives say a group by the name of Indiana Voter Registration Project turned in forged voter registration applications.

They say the group was altering already registered voter’s information, changing the voter’s address to an address not associated with the voter and without the voter’s knowledge.

On October 4, Allen, Delaware, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson, Lake and Madison Counties were added to the voter fraud investigation.
The response from this group is about what you'd expect: "Those racists are trying to keep black people from voting!"  Because that's the default for most of these groups, yelling "RACISM!!"

You're paying how much for this education?

...Recently, Deane gave the class a quiz, and one of the questions was, "What is your lab instructor's name? (if you don't remember, make something good up)." The lab instructor is a kind of teaching assistant, and indeed, Wahlbon couldn't remember her name. So he wrote in "Sarah Jackson."

"I picked a random generic name," said Wahlbon in an interview with Reason.

But "Sarah Jackson" is apparently the name of a pornographic model. When Wahlbon got the quiz back, his answer was marked "inappropriate" and he had received a grade of zero.
...
"Dear Keaton," he wrote. "I have no way of determining your intention. I can only consider the result. The result is that you gave the name of Sarah Jackson, who is a lingerie and nude model. That result meets with Title IX definition of sexual harassment. The grade of zero stands and will not be changed."

But- but Democrats keep assuring us that vote fraud is practically nonexistent!

Dear Libertarian Party: you picked these two clowns why?

"They taught me the kind of values that don't always make headlines, let alone the daily back-and-forth in Washington. Honesty and responsibility(one of which you despise, and the other you dodge). Hard work and toughness against adversity(Really?  Does that include whining and bitching when some media type actually asks you a real question?). Keeping your word, and giving back to your community. And treating folks with respect, even if you disagree with them," he added(So you honor honesty by lying your ass off?  And insulting and belittling anyone who causes you a problem?).

It's like the IRS wants to prove to everyone that it can no longer be trusted.

What? Depending on windmills may not be a good idea?

Imagine!
"I support renewable energy, I support the Renewable Energy Target, but it's how you achieve it and how you achieve sensible greenhouse gas reduction policies," he said.

"This has not been sensible, it has been reckless — we have relied too much on wind rather than baseload renewables, rather than baseload power, including gas which is a fossil fuel but it is 50 per cent cleaner than coal and a good transitional fuel.

"We need a full independent inquiry. What I'm worried about now is that there are many vulnerable people in my home state that are at real risk of their health so we need to deal with that — this is an emergency.

"This is a textbook case of how not to do it and I cannot fathom, I can't believe, that my state is in darkness at the moment.
When "Renewable for Everything!" politicians are yelling like this, you know there's a problem.

This is unpossible, the Democrats insist there's actually no vote fraud.  Or at least very little.
Federal sources confirm to KING 5 that Cetin was not a U.S. citizen, meaning legally he cannot vote. However, state records show Cetin registered to vote in 2014 and participated in three election cycles, including the May presidential primary.

Wonder if Weasel Comey still insists 'This is how you want an investigation to be run!' ?
In the latest bombshell from Congress’ probe into what’s looking more and more like an FBI whitewash (or coverup) of criminal behavior by the Democratic nominee and her aides, the Denver-based tech who destroyed subpoenaed e-mails from Clinton’s server allegedly lied to FBI agents after he got an immunity deal.

That’s normally a felony. As a federal prosecutor, Comey tossed Martha Stewart in jail for it and helped convict Scooter Libby for it as well. Yet the key Clinton witness still maintained his protection from criminal prosecution.
Comey is all upset because people are questioning his precious integrity.  Y'know, that thing the used for toilet paper?

Apparently the protesters rioted and vandalized and looted again last night in Charlotte.  By this point they should have the National Guard out- with ammo to use if necessary- and anyone doing this crap should be on their way to a cell as rapidly as possible.
