Saturday, been rainy,

new data, etc.

Speaking of people not to be trusted, I give you the major media

Friends in France tell me that the Yellow Jackets are mostly middle class and middle aged, people who never even joined in the perennial French sport of striking; people who have jobs, bills, families. My corroborative evidence for this is that the protests happen mostly on the weekend. These people are busy the rest of the time, and can’t afford to lose their jobs.

And in my opinion, this is why the media is not reporting on them, if they can help it (note that I linked a British newspaper, and even those try not to report on these demonstrations if they can.)

Because when Middle Class and Middle Aged people go rogue and take to the streets, it means that most people in the country are very, very, very pissed off. Bourgeois, which the Left has tried to make into an insult, but which are in fact the backbone of the west are the people who do things and keep our communities ticking. They have to get very, very mad before they risk family and job and a clean record. When they get to that point they are ten seconds from having nothing left to lose. Which is the point.
And most of our media are in love with the EUnuchs and the idea of government controlling everything(especially who actually gets to report on things, that part really gets them wet).

They’ve now reached the Shakespearean point of “Tempt not a desperate man.”  Or, in other words “Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose.” They’re out of … er… copulations to give.  And they’re not going to take it anymore.

And that’s why our media isn’t reporting on this.  Because as the propaganda arm of the internationalist cabal, they aspire to what the internationalists of Europe have achieved.  They want it so bad they can taste it, and are willing to subvert everything to achieve it.

Part of the media problem is that, over time, they've blown so much of the trust people used to have in them.  And the last couple of years, with the constant "Trump Bad!" as their constant 'reporting', they've made it worse.  They've made themselves a version of the EffingBI and Do'J': "Why the hell would I trust you about anything?"  Which is not going to end well.

The answer is "Yes."

Are Unrecorded FBI Interviews a G-Man's License to Lie?

Let's remember that even Eric Holder ordered them to start recording interviews instead of doing this.  And they didn't.

Remember that in the trial of the Florida nightclub attacker's wife, big reason she was acquitted was the Feds didn't record the interview, and their notes didn't match up to what the jury was being told.  And when the agent in charge was asked why no recordings, "It never occurred to us to do that."

Even if they didn't deliberately lie, they're going by notes of an interview, NOT a transcript, and errors can creep in.  You're left thinking that the reason they don't record the interviews is because they don't want an exact transcript.   Now reflect on why that might be.

Why anyone would trust the FBI about anything anymore, I cannot understand.

Friday night,

the weather is fine, but it's getting late.  For me, anyway.  Therefore, data time.

Was able to hit the range the other day,

and had an interesting target(I'm skipping the other stuff, at least for now).

This is .45-70, using the Lyman 340-grain hollowpoint* cast of 20-1, over 29.5 grains of A5744 propellant.  Used the sizing die to iron out the mouth flare and crimp it.  100 yards.
What makes it real interesting is that on two shots, looking through the scope, I thought I'd somehow missed the whole target, which didn't make sense: I've had good results with this combination(different crimp) before, and the shots felt right.  Then I got the target and saw that those two holes on the left are a bit larger, a touch oval-shaped, than they should be... Holy crap.

I need to reshoot these, two groups: one with this crimp, one with standard crimp, because this is the tightest group I've ever had with this bullet, and I need to see if I just had a real good day, or if that one difference makes that much difference.

*Lyman says 330 grain, out of this and 15-1 I'm getting 340

You could almost think the NZ authorities are happily using this horror

to extend control over what people are allowed to hear and see.
In the wake of the attacks, the prime minister promised to keep the murderer “nameless,” and the internet promptly obliged by flushing the perpetrator’s identity down the memory hole. New Zealanders’ access to online material about him was blocked. In what has become standing operating procedure after mass attacks, social media accounts connected to the perpetrator disappeared. Internet service providers in New Zealand blocked access to sites like 4chan, 8chan, LiveLeak, and the file-sharing site Mega if the sites did not take down material related to the shooting.

Ardern then announced that the government would consider further policing social media, saying, “We will look at the role that social media played and what steps we can take, including on the international stage and in unison with our partners.”
And places like Fecesbook and Twatter couldn't wait to fall into line.  For the public good, of course.

Tab clearing

Ancient Egyptian sunken ship.

Evidence of a battle that stopped the Spanish moving eastward into the plains.

What leftists should know about Trump voters.
Good piece.  And "Us flyover-country people just loves Trump!" isn't on there.

Hey, ignoring the piles of bodies Socialism! piles up is what socialists do best.

Some people REALLY don't want these Epstein documents unsealed.
And there's a serious list of the people who could be the 'anonymous' here.

The CDC has been lying about this for a long time.  It's why they got a boot in the ass about 'gun research' a few years ago.

So of all those "I've turned in my gun!" posts,

there were actually very few.  Surprised?

Considering the media, I'm not.

Let's also consider this from Mr. Williamson:
which will probably cause the authorities in New Zealand to want him arrested for hate speech or something.

History, being messy again

No, they weren't female-only mass graves.

New Zealand sounds like they've been taking Stalin lessons

New Zealand authorities have reminded citizens that they face up to 10 years in prison for “knowingly” possessing a copy of the New Zealand mosque shooting video – and up to 14 years in prison for sharing it. Corporations (such as web hosts) face an additional $200,000 ($137,000 US) fine under the same law.
So just for HAVING A COPY of it, they'll put you in prison...

Screw that place.  I once wanted to visit there, but no more.

Tab clearing (link on #2 fixed)

Not actually genocide, but mass-murder by the Revolutionaries, you bet.

For the author to accuse “rightists” of fantasizing about civil war, they sure do seem to be spending a lot of time in this article and comments fantasizing about civil war on “rightists.”

So what can one pistol do against an evil regime? Watch this video to find out.

"No, New Zealand, I will not take orders from you.  And don't you have more important things to worry about than trying to censor the 'net?"

Wonder how the left will try to blame Trump and the NRA for this?

In the days approaching former Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould‘s testimony to the House of Commons’ Justice Committee on February 27, at Prime Minister Justin Trudeau‘s behest, Karina Gould, the Minister of Democratic Institutions, reached out to social media giant Google to pressure the firm to curtail political criticism of the Trudeau government on its platform.

Yeah, yeah, you're all upset.  Yet I bet most of you will keep voting Democrat, no matter what they say and defend.

There are good reasons he made this post

Reuters reported late on Friday night that their reporter who broke the story about Democrat Beto O'Rourke belonging to a hacker group had the story for two years and agreed to sit on it until after O'Rourke's Senate race against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).
"But you can trust us to tell you the news!  Really!"

Saturday night is here,

and so's the information

Scene from the range

Couple came in, needed the usual ammo and such, and wanted an opinion on a firearm he'd inherited.  Opened up the case, and there was a beautiful old J. P. Sauer und Sohn double-barrel shotgun.  Engraved receiver, fine wood, bores in great shape, tight lockup, 16 gauge.

Asked for my opinion on it; happily I caught myself before saying "I want it."  Checked things over, and it would chamber 2 3/4" shells.  I couldn't see a thing mechanically wrong with it and said I wouldn't have a problem firing it.  So they bought a box of shells and did, with fine results.

Sometimes some fine old things show up that way.

Friday evening

and the new data is in

A Brit politician made the suggestion that 'every knife should have a GPS tracker

in it'.  Because public safety and all.

Most people think he's a friggin' idiot.  And are telling him so.  Including

'The BBC contacted Mr Mann's constituency office, but he did not wish to comment.'
Well, might be hard to properly respond to "What do you think of most of your constituents  thinking you're an idiot?"

A racist, communist, enviro-nutcase piece of garbage attacked a mosque in New Zealand,

and this is some of his words:
Why did you choose to use firearms?
I could have chosen any weapons or means.A TATP filled rental van. Household flour, a method of dispersion and an ignition source.A ballpeen hammer and a wooden shield.Gas,fire, vehicular attacks, plane attacks, any means were available. I had the will and I had the resources.

I chose firearms for the affect it would have on social discourse, the extra media coverage they would provide and the affect it could have on the politics of United states and thereby the political situation of the world.

The US is torn into many factions by its second amendment, along state, social, cultural and, most importantly, racial lines.

With enough pressure the left wing within the United states will seek to abolish the second amendment, and the right wing within the US will see this as an attack on their very freedom and liberty.

This attempted abolishment of rights by the left will result in a dramatic polarization of the people in the United States and eventually a fracturing of the US along cultural and racial lines.
...
Won’t your attack result in calls for the removal of gun rights from Whites in the United states?

Yes, that is the plan all along, you said you would fight to protect your rights and the constitution, well soon will come the time.

So the little shit is planning on the blood dancers to do their usual routine and help him.  Sad thing is that they'll oblige.

Don't know specifics, but New Zealand has gun laws like what the BDs want, yet he had, according to this, half a dozen guns(warning, huge amount of pictures), and they found a couple of bombs probably intended to hit the first responders.

From Miguel's post linked above:
Don’t worry.  It doesn’t matter how many gun laws we’ll find out this guy broke, law abiding Kiwis will lose that last tiny breath of ease in their gun laws soon, and then the Australians will have to crack down even harder.

If you are an American, just wait until the Anti’s blame Trump for this and suggest law abiding American’s lose their gun rights for the same reason.
Just as this asshole wants them to.

Helping daughter with some fence repairs,

and between digging holes, mixing cement setting posts, then moving and attaching fence panels...

It kind of pisses me off to say, but I'm getting too old for this.  Especially on borderline chilly days with strong winds blowing.

How to tell you're a race-obsessed friggin' idiot:

When they're putting up warning signs for when this Big One hits, and your reaction is that it's racist.
The NAACP declared that the policy to warn the public “exacerbates a long history of systemic and structural betrayals of trust and policies of displacement, demolition, and dispossession predicated on classism, racism, and white supremacy.” The reason is that many of the older buildings are owned by African Americans that that the posted warnings will make it difficult for them to rent space or sell the property.
Stupid.  On a monumental level.

Because when the Cascadia Subduction Zone ruptures, the skin color of the property owner won't mean squat.

Another fine demonstration of why I don't want more lists of people, and why I don't want cops

having access to medical histories without a warrant.

I used to work around law enforcement telecomm, and abuse of the networks was a constant problem. Sometimes because "I want to find out who that was, and I can", sometimes because "I don't care what the law says, I have the badge and if I say I need this, there's not problem", and sometimes because someone says "Do me a favor/I'll pay you $50 to find this out for me". You give cops access to medical histories, it WILL be abused by some. You really want that?

"It's a violation of privacy. It's a violation of professional ethics. It's a violation of the codes of conduct of every police department I can think of," said Adam Levin, founder of CyberScout, a cybersecurity provider.
It's also a bloody CRIME, on both federal and state levels. As in 'Big fine and time in prison' crime.

He could face criminal charges.
He damn well BETTER face charges, considering the number of laws he broke.  But I'd say chances are against it; they'd much rather either fire him or let him resign and make the noise go away.

Who knows, maybe this will be a department that actually gives a damn about officers breaking laws and prosecutes.

Sunday, neighbor using a stump grinder cut my line,

so no home phone or net 'til now.

Actually got some stuff done without the distraction, though

Lose an eye in the sandbox. Get elected to the House.

Guy who plays Captain America meets him, finds out his prosthetic eye has a Cap shield on it, posts a pic.

Leftists lose what's left of their minds, calling Crenshaw a nazi, 'literally hydra', and a racist.

These people really are disgusting.
