DoJ says it won't appeal the ruling

on suppressors and SBRs and such.  Which is nice.

Now if ATF will actually put it in writing, THAT will be very nice.

And even better would be if Congress would get rid of the NFA crap.  Which would require both Republicans to pull their head out of their ass, and some Democrats realizing all the people they'd delight with joining in.  Which means, generally, fat chance.
