The article says the responsible PD threatens anyone finding the marker and not turning it in. How about threatening the idiot who left it on top of his cruiser? After reading the PD's take on it, I'd simply airmail the damn thing into the nearest dumpster if I found it. Whatever happened to humility and civility?
