Let's start with AG Holder managing to forget a very interesting thing:

The Justice Department has admitted that Eric Holder failed to tell Congress during his confirmation process that he had contributed to a legal brief which argued that the President lacks authority to hold Jose Padilla, a U.S citizen declared an "enemy combatant," indefinitely without charge. The Justice Department has also acknowledged what is obvious -- that "the brief should have been disclosed as part of the confirmation process."
Damn, you think MAYBE?!? He also have any tax problems he forgot to mention, by any chance?

So the ATF agent in charge of seizing toy guns and lying about them has a somewhat checkered past; anybody surprised?

Speaking of Holder & ACORN and tampering with investigations...

I knew this was coming sooner or later: Gerstein posts a televised interview of Obama and John Walsh of America’s Most Wanted. The nation’s chief executive extols the virtues of mandatory DNA testing of Americans upon arrest, even absent charges or a conviction. Obama said, “It’s the right thing to do” to “tighten the grip around folks” who commit crime.

Hell with it, I'm going out for those machine screws.
