Dude, boobs are made of two things: fat, and/or surgically implanted silicone. Yes you get them by eating cannoli and drinking, exactly like a beer belly, and you lose them by losing weight; and you can lose a little temporarily by losing water weight. Large boobs on thin women, like you tend to post, are made of silicone. Not that that's a bad thing if it's what you're into.
