It has to be only 14 dead, not more, because during this disaster Teh Won was in charge, and he won the "I am not Emmanuel Goldstein Contest" (excuse me, it is really the "I am not George Bush Contest") in 2008 and again in 2012, so anything that shows Hurricane Sandy had deaths even approaching the number in Katrina will disturb all the true believers who insist the deaths were the fault of the guy at the top.
