Driver over them. You have to be alive and reasonably whole to get in trouble for it, and anyone trying to make you stop in such a situation is a Bad Guy.
I should probably add "And if the rioters holding bricks and clubs are black, the media will call you a racist getting out of there, but who gives a fuck what those progressive dirtbag excuses for reporters think?"
