I disagree. As someone who turned 16 during the height of the aids scare, there was no 'trusted partner' unless you were a year into a serious monogamous relationship. Besides, you can get free wire hangers with any cheap drycleaning. Besides, I've known enough young, sexually active women to know that they'll only get pregnant if they want to get pregnant, OR, they're stupid and just pollution in the gene pool.
