Friend found this in a Scottish newspaper
And here I thought everyone over there was going to love us now, thanks to The Obama ascending to the throne.

I suppose one of the gunniest places I ever went was in the Highland region. There, the firearm certificates came from the police with the part for recording ammunition already torn off. The cops there didn't want to know what you were using or storing.
Perhaps the home of Adam Smith has a spark of freedom still burning?
