The attorneys general asked whether ATF will notify purchasers, firearms dealers and manufacturers in the plaintiff states that the registration requirements are no longer enforceable.
One of the questions that comes to mind: People who owned suppressors, SBRs, etc., before this, do they have to keep that paperwork? Or can it be trashed?
And since these now appear to be just firearms and parts, any legal restrictions on sales, or inheritance?

Sadly, I think Drummond is only doing this because he is running for governor. I can't think of anything useful he has done during his years as AG.
Until ATF provides written guidance, I wouldn't make a move.
I would keep the paperwork as a hedge against future Congress or an administration working their voodoo to make owners into criminals.

I want to see ATF completely, utterly dissolved. Not one stone upon another.
I’m curious how this will affect 3d printed suppressors. I filed a Form 1 with ATF as required, but they never processed it, no response at all. Since I’m in a free state and a member of both GOA and SAF, I’m a member of the Class. I’m going to hold off printing until some clarity comes.

Gentner is a friend of mine,kids went to school together. Comes from old historical ranching family’s I have known all my life. Hell of an attorney and not a fan of attorneys. Yes but most AG’s don’t do many big things in office. The other republican is a weasel out of the current administration. If Gentner gets the smelter project from UAE shut down many will be happy.
