Judge Kenneth Walker doesn't want you to think he's anti-gun, though. He's clearly read the United States Constitution. After all, when he finally finished his rant, he said, "But it is a right of people in this country to own and possess them, and I will not say anything to affect that right."

This all happened during the sentencing hearing for Marcell Lee Daniel, Jr. Daniel is a gang member who has been implicated in multiple shootings. This particular murder was a drive-by gone wrong, in which he killed an innocent man in broad daylight. That man, Drew Coggins, was never involved in gang activity.

Respected legal scholar Jonathan Turley had previously opined that "FBI Director James Comey was within accepted lines of prosecutorial discretion in declining criminal charges," even though he believed that charges could have been brought. Now, due to recent revelations that the Department of Justice handed out at least five immunity deals, Turley believes the matter is a "legitimate matter of congressional concern and investigation."

Grant Stroble had the advantage of being at the appropriate place and time to act on what I had only thought of when I heard of his University's policy on pronouns. He is too modest, though. I thought "His Esteemed Majesty and Emperor of the North, Ruler of All Creation and Merciless Defender of Liberty." With a few people like him and me in the class the teacher could never get past roll call before the class ended.
And as for Lawyers being Lawyers, black robe not withstanding, it was said that the two occupations most reviled in society are politicians and Lawyers. Inexplicably, Judges are highly respected by American society, notwithstanding the fact that they are merely politically connected lawyers, i.e. a combination of the two most reviled occupations. Must be something like salt, then. NaCl.
