The local purveyors of propellants have much better stock

than only a few months ago, but it's partly depending on who makes it: IMR, Winchester and Hodgdon are fairly well represented, but Alliant and Western aren't.

Which makes the political climate a bit important; if people get spooked and start buying everything in sight to stockpile again...
