Where do you find spelt flour?

I'll have to dig around, because I want to try baking this.

A new octopus, 2.5 miles down.

"Give the monkey a drink, what could go wrong?"
Rule: NEVER give the monkey a drink.  Especially if there are weapons around.

Interesting piece on the 21-foot rule.

I don't know about where you live, but here in Colorado I can get spelt flour at Kroger, at Safeway, and at Wally World. It is near the specialty/gluten free flours. Let us know how it comes out as I have been thinking of trying it.

Spelt is an old form of wheat. I get it at a local food co-op. A health food store should have it.

Around here (Puget Sound Basin) a large supermarket chain, Fred Meyer, a Kroger store has both spelt flour and spelt berries (grain). I would suppose most Kroger stores would have it or could get it.

Also, Whole Foods always has it if none of the others listed do.
