I did everything I could, from the exercises learned in PT to the stuff on the list from the hospital/surgeon, pushing it about as much as I could, and what'd I get?  "You're right where you should be at this point in recovery."  So all the extra did was make sure I was in that zone.

Dammit, I'd hoped to get it back in shape a bit faster with all the extra work, but nooo...

And I  now have to walk instead of the bicycle to exercise it, because some thieving piece of shit stole my bicycle.  Probably one of the 'homeless' that roam through occasionally.  And I really don't want to spend the money for a decent one right now to replace it(there needs to be a "You have the wrong DNA, the seat will now blow up under you" security device).

A followup on the .300 Blackout test

The first three are nice at the bottom of the ten ring, the last two I have to say I pulled(I was getting really worn by then).

This is good stuff.  2.5" high at 100 yards, about that below at 200, and on a better day I'd have made a better group.

Yes, Biden was in charge.  There had to be officers in the upper levels who knew how bad it would be to do it that way, who either said nothing or were so worried about staying General they wouldn't say "Here's my resignation, because I won't do this."  Harsh?  It's supposed to be one of the rules that you can/should resign rather than carry out orders you know will be a disaster.  Instead we have a Airborne general trying to order a SAS general to stop going out and getting British citizens and the Afghan allies that'd worked with them because "You're making us look bad."  And I think he's the same one who had some people pushed off a plane so there would be room for his souvenir technical on the plane.  Throw in knowing that they were leaving US citizens and allies behind, that doesn't inspire loyalty or pride in the troops.

Throw in, for the Navy, two collisions that never should've happened, that killed sailors and damaged ships, because the crews didn't have proper training.  And that happened BEFORE the Biden clowns went to full speed.
