A federal judge in Texas has ruled the 1934 National Firearms Act’s registration requirement, which has remained in force despite repeal of the enabling $200 tax, is unconstitutional, handing a victory to the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
The ruling was issued Wednesday by District Judge James Wesley Hendrix, a Donald Trump appointee. He serves in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Just because he is correct doesn't mean the ruling won't be overturned.
Washington Gun Law's YT channel produced a brief about this ruling yesterday.
Proceed with caution. The ruling is localized and limited. So is a crack in your windshield.
This is an example of a good thing we got from Trump.

I'm a member of GOA and TXGun Rights. It's damn annoying having to write a GOP elected official to support favorable 2nd Amendment legislation. And I have no where near a gun collection, but appreciate those who do.
