He is hiding behind the Biden pardon...which apparently Trump has stated will be honored. So he DOES NOT CARE about appearance or consequences. He's got his money and his freedom. That's all that matters to him at this point.
I think there's more at play than his ego and not being able to admit his complicity in the plandemic.
He knows that if he talks, he's un-alived by the oligarchs who set this all up. He figures better to Possibly go to prison and be alive than dead in his bed of a gunshot wound. I personally prefer option 2 to for him.
Fauci is Evil and will stop at nothing to save himself. Got to wonder how he sleeps at night, or does he? He didn't look good in the hearing.
So Fauci has to be tried before Judge Boasberg.

Fauci took the Fifth because he doesn't believe the Auto Pen Pardon is legal and he's taking no chances.
