Couple of bits of news

First, Why Is the Judge in Trump's New York Trial Muzzling a Key Defense Witness?
A: He's corrupt.
B: He can.
C: Oh yes, there should be real consequences for this garbage.  Judge and prosecutor both.  You don't have to care for Trump to want this kind of crap be stopped in the courtroom.

I've written before about the WHO "Let us take control at the first opportunity" 'treaty', here's more.

And something about it from Dr. Jay Battacharya, one of the people Fauci & Co. tried to destroy for writing the Great Barrington Declaration.

Short version: anyone in Congress who supports this 'treaty' has given another reason to remove them from office.

He knows it is a show trial and none of it will stand up on appeal. (I work in litigation, in the courtroom, in trials. I'm not a lawyer but I've seen over a hundred high-stakes trials to verdict.) He's letting it go off the rails, because the spectacle and potential damage it does to Trump in the campaign is the only thing that they might be able to pull out of this now.

He was already on shaky legal ground, even before Bragg decided to admit that his "other crime" (which Trump hasn't actually been charged with) is a federal campaign finance law, which is outside of jurisdiction. Now, he's stuck trying to figure out how to craft a jury charge where ALL of the counts rely on "another crime" -- when NO OTHER CRIME has been charged, and therefore there can't be any instructions on the elements of this other crime.

It's like you are told that the crime is "wearing blue while committing another felony" -- and then no felony gets charged. What are you, as a juror, supposed to go on? The appeals court is going to say that as a matter of law, they CAN NOT find another crime, because they weren't given the elements of another crime.

It's all a show, the process is the punishment, and Stormy Daniels has even f-ed that up. We will see if the judge declares a mistrial over that in an hour or two. It's probably time for him to give up on this one and hope that Bragg can reverse his recto-cranial inversion and actually bring him a charge that can at least be drummed up.
