Medicare has proposed a new lower limb prosthetic policy that restricts coverage and would send amputees back to 1970's standards of care. This will eventually spread to the VA and all private payers, including yours.
Some of you might remember Breda, who used to blog on guns and libraries. She has a prosthetic on one leg, and her statement on this idiocy was "I can't go back to this."
Time to start yelling at congresscritters.
