The judge needs to start charging IRS lawyers, and the agency head, with lying to the court and throwing them in jail. And recommending disbarment for the lawyers. That'll probably break some things loose.

ISIS is a creation of Turkey, Saudi, Israel, and the United States. Why would you think the Turkey PM would be opposed to ISIS?
