I think that is a Dnepr or Dnipro from Russia, essentially a 1940 BMW. Al_in_Ottawa
Might be a sidecar less Ural with a didecar added, hence no driveshaft.
Could be. No markings on the tank or body I could see, which is why I thought restored.
Disc brake on the front wheel. Probably a Ural - or a Chinese copy.
