Audio of an internal VA meeting obtained by TheDC confirms that VA officials in Los Angeles intentionally canceled backlogged patient exam requests."
Selective prosecution. Because this kind of crap is what passes for 'justice' under AG Irvin Nathan in Sodom on the Potomac.
Remember, this is the asshole who wouldn't prosecute a journalist for openly having a illegal magazine in SotP; who has repeatedly ignored the law so favored politicians could wave around firearms illegal there; but has repeatedly shown no problems with screwing over plain old citizens on bullshit charges. And note this: the bastard changed the charge against the victim so as to deny him a jury trial.
Miserable, corrupt, vile bastard.
Ah, the tolerance of other views of the 'progressives':
Former "Dirty Jobs" host Mike Rowe says he's become the target of death threats after narrating a Wal-Mart commercial about investing in American manufacturing.
Apparently Mr. Douglas wasn't enlightened enough to go for non-violence when dealing with slave raiders. Or something.
Why you're not Officer Friendly anymore, Reason #473:
You're a abusive oathbreaking lawbreaker who likes to assault people. Because you figure you can get away with it.
A couple of super-sized keepers of the peace came over to verbally abuse the videographer for "diverting my attention," to physically abuse the videographer (you can see the camera shake and blur as a police sergeant grabs him), and to threaten arrest if he doesn't leave.
We're not fucking around. Do you understand? Do not, do not disrespect us. And do not not listen to us. Now walk away and shut your fucking mouth or you're going to jail.Replies the videographer, "I thought I had freedom of speech."
"You don't," says the sergeant. You just lost it."
Ah, Rubio, if only we could trust you on illegal aliens...
The U.S. Senator from Florida had listened patiently to Sen. Tom Harkin of Iowa speak favorably about his recent trip to Cuba, all the while omitting any real references to the oppression of the totalitarian government there.
To Rubio, like many Cuban exiles and their descendants, it was too much to bear.
“Let me tell you what the Cubans are really good at,” Rubio said Monday when he took to the Senate floor. “What they are really good at is repression…They have exported repression in real time, in our hemisphere, right now.”
More on that gas-station shooting where the victim turned the tables.
In the last few days video footage has surfaced of violent criminal attacks successfully repelled by armed good guys, and I think there are some important lessons all of us can take away from these bits of footage.
Some of the people to thank for supporting the mess in Venezuela. Note that most are idiot celebrities.
