Windy notes that the above is considered apocryphal; so here's one that's not:

Please note a couple of things in particular:

Got that? Now SEMI-AUTO firearms are 'weapons of war.
And he makes it plain that most standard-capacity magazines are too big to suit him.
No trust in the people, a serious fear and loathing of the commoners possessing arms; reminds me of something...*
