When the bad guys think they have no reason to fear you,

you get hostages. Then you get dead hostages.
The four Americans aboard a yacht hijacked by pirates off the coast of Somalia are dead.

Hijacked last Friday off Oman, the Quest was being piloted toward the Somali coast – and was being shadowed by a U.S. Navy warship.

CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reports that gunshots aboard the yacht were heard, and the warship took action.

All 4 Americans were dead, killed apparently by their captors
.
Yeah, how's that God-damned Hope and Change working?

We've got a Navy that could take care of this, and deal with the pirates. Except the politicians won't let them. And here's part of the result. And the captured pirates will get a nice, comfortable cell and plenty of food and a 'international court' that won't accomplish squat.
