In the past, one of the nice things about it was that parking at Lloyd Noble Center was free. Guess what?
Parking is available one block from the park at Lloyd Noble Center, located just north of HWY 9 East on Jenkins Avenue. (Handicapped parking is available on the park grounds.) Note: The University of Oklahoma Athletic Department will be charging $5 per car for parking at the center.
Ain't that just freakin' wonderful?

The athletic department is pulling that crap and the fair won't be seeing any of that money. Also, they didn't announce they were going to be doing it until yesterday.
