Assuming various Republicans don't chicken out, there are a bunch of things they can do

for the mid-terms and beyond, the base being "This is what you've said and done, do you believe it?" and not backing down when asshats like El-Sayed start yelling 'Islamophobe!  Bigot!' and so forth.
