Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, who is their point guy on border security, is reporting that a Department of Homeland Security source tells him that the alleged killer was deported FIVE times, with the last deportation being in 2016.

At this point if he's not already back in Mexico, he's trying to get there.

The Usual Suspects will talk about that so they can mention it was an AR-15!!! and push for more infringements "because guns are too easy to get in America."
But someone that flouts immigration law will always buy their guns legally...
A classic tale of criminals getting guns illegally no matter what laws are on the books.
Just maybe if he was in federal prison for breaking federal law pertaining to deported then caught again, he might have not have been able to commit these murders.
Instead the catch and release system goes on EVERY DAY.
