Going through injections for the second time, All I can say is that you hit the nail on the head.
I've had injections, 2 fusion surgeries & now a spinal cord stimulator with a dead battery that will need surgery to replace. I've come to the conclusion that I should have been more careful with my back. Such is life.
Yeah. I have a constant low-level terror that this one is going to flare up again.I think that old bumper sticker was "If I'd known I'd live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself."
