"What Hornady powders do you have?"
Moment of "What?" thought, because while Hornady makes a lot of nice things, it does not make powder.
"Sir, they don't make powder."
Annoyed voice: "Can I talk to somebody who knows something about reloading?"
I'm told the urge to say "Can I ask you the same?" was almost overpowering.

I saw some kind of rifle powder somewhere that had the Hornady logo on it but it was made by someone else I'm sure.
I think Hodgdon sells a Hornaday powder that is supposed to be the same powder Hornaday uses in their factory.
Hodgon makes powder with Hornady on the label.
They make the Superformance and Leverevolution powders which Hornady uses in some of their ammo.
If it was one of them, I really wish he'd just asked for whichever.
