Ever watched a movie or video of people going down a river with really steep rock faces

and thought 'I'd stay the hell away from that'?
Well, it happenedThis says 10 dead.

I'm sure someone will start yelling 'climate change', but this guy has it:
“It’s normal to happen in many canyons, even with rocks of that size,” Antonelli said. "But nowadays, with the intensification of tourism, people are starting to get closer to these places and to register these phenomena with their cell phones."
Much like better radar and more people around able to call in reports leads to more tornadoes in the count.

Rocks were falling for at least twenty seconds and a boat or two took off.. And most didn't.
