'Possible 1-3 inches of snow'

Which is actually a few stray flakes drifting around.

This is after the threats of 'Scattered showers all day, some may be severe!'

(grumbles of future "Why do we listen to these people?")

They were right about the thunderstorms yesterday in my part of the state, but snow, nope I'll believe when I see it. The last significant snowfall I can remember was Christmas of 2010. It took me 3 hours to drive 35 miles from Ada to Seminole. I was supposed to work Christmas day in Shawnee, I had to call in and say sorry can't make it.

Oh yes, the two-years-in-a-row Christmas blizzards. That was fun, wasn't it?

We've had some wet winters since, but nothing like that. Which doesn't exactly dismay me.
