spending a bunch of money on a personal SWAT team? Is this shit now just a prestige item("How can I face the other DAs at the next convention if I'm the only one who doesn't have one?") or has the level of stupid and availability of money just led to this?
And is he going to be personally responsible for any deaths, injuries and property damage they cause?
