Is an announcement like Phase 1 of resigning. Phase 2 would be actually leaving office. If that is how it works, they're still at Phase 1.
What gets me is this turd, who has been so disastrous to that nation, gets to choose ythe tome and place of leaving office. Plus it may very well be that he gets to choose his replacement.
