It appears Gov. Grisham is getting open support from her national socialist and racist brethren,

but as they say, I bet she doesn't appreciate it.

It does appear that the idea of 'catching criminals and putting them in prison' is not an emergency measure she wants to do, because that would hurt her standing with the criminals and enablers(who are far more important to her than the honest peasants).
