Overturning ridiculous laws about the difference between a short barreled rifle and a long barreled pistol. Only a congressman and a government bureaucrat cares that there is any difference and the difference is arbitrary from the beginning. On that basis alone, decades of Supreme courts should have struck it down as a ridiculous law. Make laws that make sense.
