She said: "There have been charges laid against me that I am racist and sexist towards white men.
"I, an ethnic minority woman, cannot be racist or sexist towards white men, because racism and sexism describe structures of privilege based on race and gender.
"Therefore, women of colour and minority genders cannot be racist or sexist, since we do not stand to benefit from such a system.”
Standard progzi bullshit: "I say I don't have power, therefore I can say and do ANYTHING and you can't call me on it!"
Yes, we can, dumbass.

I don't recall that there is anything conditional in the definition of racism. Or sexism, for that matter.
And another aa nog-degree bites the dust..
In race and gender studies classes they have their own definitions. By her definition she is totally correct. Life is so much easier when you can create your own definitions and perpetuate your own logic for hating other people in a way that sounds legitimate.

It's worse than that. She might as well have said, "I say I don't have power, therefore I can say and do ANYTHING and you can't call me on it because I have the power of media and culture to ream you out if you call me on it!"
Perhaps that position should be a volunteer one. If it is important enough to have per the SJW, then they should be the ones to pay for it out of their own time.
That's often been the progressive line - especially when a prog from one of the groups they claim lacks power is abusing her power.
