If I cared to have to listen to "The REAL scientists agree!" again, I'd send a friend this in response to her "The oil companies bought off all the deniers!" crap:
It should be foremost on the minds of many that the RealClimate.org webserver domain is funded by Fenton Communications, an eco media group. Further, our tax dollars pay the salaries of people like Dr. Gavin Schmidt of NASA GISS who has been (according to several post and comment times noted) using his taxpayer paid time at work to participate in that blog.
And let us not forget all the grants and other money funneled to the AGW weenies; think that doesn't have an effect on what they put out?
On the thieves, progressives(that may be a repeat) and general corrupt politicians in the Senate, from Steyn:
They’re allocating taxpayer dollars as if those dollars belonged to the senators. It borders on immoral. Just look at the way Senator Landrieu put her vote up for sale. Senator Nelson did the same.
You can't even dignify this squalid racket as bribery: If I try to buy a cop, I have to use my own money. But, when Harry Reid buys a senator, he uses my money, too. It doesn't "border on immoral": It drives straight through the frontier post and heads for the dark heartland of immoral.
Actually, you want to stay up with most of the breaking stuff on Climaquiddick, just go to Watts Up With That every day and see what they've found.
Chavez makes claims and threatens; nothing unusual.
Their candidate, the one they helped get elected to the highest office in the land, has only one offensive maneuver for those that disagree with him.
The Race Card.
I’m taking it that John Aravosis and the rest of the leftosphere doesn’t exactly like getting the same treatment they repeatedly heap upon the Tea Party folks.
They really hate it too that Rahm Emmanuel wrote a piece for the WSJ promoting Brownstien’s article.
Tis a pity that they’ll not learn a thing about flipping that card.
Hell, no they won't: it's one of their top offensive(in both senses) actions, too.
