REP. ELLISON: Yes but the reality is that for many people that’s not what it is.
Which translates to "Lots of people don't realize that so we're trying to sneak it in that way."

Actually the CBO said it would cost an additional $290 billion the first year; but then dhimmis always lie, so nothing new here.
