Two things to point to, first being

He emphasizes that they’re working on making sure their legal interpretation is right, which would be a good, not to mention unique feature for virtually any federal bureaucracy.'
Forgive me for being less than trusting of that agency.  Including because the ATF agents who've confessed to lying under oath and faking evidence to put a man in prison are still working for ATF instead of being arrested and charged for that, and that man is still sitting in prison.  Such crap, combined with past actions, means "Do Not Trust Them."


Speaking of 'Do Not Trust', more on that bastard Fauci:
While Fauci has been held in contempt of Congress, Just The News reported Sunday that Paul has released evidence showing the doctor told officials with whom he was in correspondence to delete emails on at least five occasions.
Which is, unless I'm mistaken, illegal and unethical as hell.
