The second article reminds me of our Congress and the taxpayer funded sexual harassment money paid out to keep those congress types from having to be responsible for their peccadilloes.
Everything in the Capitol, except the personal belongings of the people working and playing there, but INCLUDING the records of names on whose account the damages had to be paid, is OUR property, the property of the taxpayers of the US.
