Should be a huge migration of U-Haul trucks from the west coast to the east coast real soon.
Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together has gotten out of the cities a long way back. Taxes. Crime. More taxes. More crime.
Just imagine how many of those people are finding out about those "simple commonsense gun control laws" and just how hard it is to get a carry permit in NYC.
